Is it a joke? Safe spot at +9 and then what, a 10% chance to get it to +10 and then 5% to get 11%? ... just failed 25 stigmas enchant in a row...

@Cyan Anything on the server transfer? Also, EC is becoming an interesting Joke around going into the 3rd month... We gotta do something about it! My opinion on ranking reward, Just keep the Luna and enchant together!

oki just got replay to my ticket and its saying Thanks for taking the time to contact us with this report. We are currently aware of this issue and hope to have a fix implemented in an upcoming patch. so no direct answer like always
