I had some medical appointments on tuesday that consumed my time from 6 am server time to 5 pm server time by the time I arrived home was too late...   and I lost all the enchant boxes I didn't open (the ancient boxes where we get enchants or manastones (nothing super broken that needed to be deleted ASAP))

we are normally given 1 more week to exchange or consume items before deletion, please reconsider it and give the boxes back and give 1 week for ppl to use them

we are super happy with the events so far! many people has returned to the game!!!


please make the extra token to be delivered 1 every 10 min, so we can obtain the max amount after 2 hours, or 1 every 20 min, or 3 shards every 1 hour, so we can get the full shards after 5 hours, keeping us 24 hours connected is impossible and it will damage our computers for not powering them off, it will require us to spend insane amount of time connected only on the main character preventing us from doing activities on our other characters.

Also makes impossible for people to farm extra characters, other years everytime we get stormwing we have the chance to farm items that are non tradeable but the F2P can use them to catch a tiny bit at least with the players who can purchase Ncoin easily


if editting the time for adquire is too much, maybe you can add an extra pass like other events where we can do some daily stuff to obtain rewards, that would be ideal for majority of players so we can still have the freedom of play our other characters, sleep, go to work etc.

why this keep happening, every time we feel our game community start recovering from all those private servers who steal the player base you guys decide to do a random and nonsense ban to what seem to be about half of our community....

 

let's be honest, the game is agonizing, we just want to enjoy the game we love for the time it last, but if our friends keep getting banned and quitting then there won't be much reasons to keep playing, there are many people who lost their main accounts (most of them free to play players who grind hard to keep on the level of the players who can spend on NCcoins)

 

please release the banned players we need people to play, to enjoy the game, so please for once listen to what our community needs and make aion retail a good place to the loyal players we still have left

EVERY PLAYER WHO HAD THERE RELIC ACTIVE AND CONSUMED SET AMOUNT OF WATERS SHOULD RECIEVE THE REWARDS!!!!!!!  And the fact this this 8.4 patch waters are EVEN harder to farm it's a total slap in the face to your players.  Do the right thing and give waters to ANYONE who reached these levels not just a select few.

 

And i surely feel bad for asmo they arn't even trying to contest Agent,  which means they have almost no way to farm waters but thats there own fault for not even trying more so pointing that we are VERY limited with Holy Water options to farm in 8.4

x2, it's illogic to reward only the ppl who bought the holy waters super cheap on broker because it was the last day, but leave outside the players who work their ass off to farm the holy water on early patch and those who paid more to be full relic!

 

IF you will compensate.... you must compensate EVERYONE and not only the players who used it at the very last moment, many players been 300/300 since first weeks of the 8.3 patch, they could not have any chance to receive this reward, and you are giving this benefict only the players who were lucky enough to use a holy water in the last 2 weeks of the patch

 

there is certain amount of players that are hardcore players and they are also the ones who spend more money into this game, you don't want them to leave for such bad decisions, this is a slap on their faces

In 8.3, the box itself will be able to re-roll with a BCM item that's up for sale in future, up to three times.

I'm not seeking for generic answers from other regions. I'm actually asking has anyone done it on our server? Is the chest we get upon combining 6 ultimate breath and 500 shards the version that we will be able to re-roll up to three times? Can anyone confirm ?

[Contaminated Underpath Returning]

We're happy to share that we will soon be bringing back Contaminated Underpath this coming Wednesday February 3. After our investigation, we have determined that it would be best to remove and reallocate the Luna materials which dropped in the instance.

To account for this, a bundle will be added to the daily Lugbug Mission which will provide you with Luna materials at the same rates as the top-tier bundle from Contaminated Underpath. In exchange, all you'll need to do is take care of some Monsters in the surrounding areas!

Ok so you guys will remove Luna instance and add a lugbug daily wich will give same reward, please don't make those kill elite mobs, some ppl don't have geared characters because they only focus on their main, I'm fine since I'm pve hero all my chars can kill mobs but the idea is that everyone is able to farm their Luna, we need Luna resets, Luna retune, Luna ress, its really important currency for active players, all other regions have it on and its kinda unfair you decide to disable in NA only but at least you giving the same reward on daily lugbug just please make it avaible to everyone and let's hope this is a positive change to everyone
