They did, but they sent the wrong boxes. Instead of selection boxes they sent rerollable RNG ones. Making it more false advertising if/until they make it right. And @EMPulse, telling us to message support is not a good way to fix it, a lot of people wont read the forums, so either send a survey in-game or just fix it for everyone. https://aioncodex.com/us/item/188074779/ this is the item you advertised as a reward, and you sold items for real money to get it, so make it right. -

The survey was set to expire the same day, which made it available for only around 7-8 hours, on a weekday, and after midnight for most people expiring in the morning, so not only they missed the survey, but they missed an entire day of progress by getting their egg deleted and coming home after work on the next day after reset. Its just one mess up after another with these guys. And IF i say the "competence and lack there of" qualification i will probably get suspended for some vague insult rule, so moderator, im not say it. P.S. Posted on the wrong thread. -

The problem with all this is that its always the "takes time" excuse, time longer than you guys seems to stick around, so its an endless loop of various people, coming, promising and moving on without much to show for, rinse and repeat. How does an event that already exists, since we've had it before takes months/years to "plan out", while conveniently all the things we seem to want the most seem to show up in "sales" with an exorbitant price tags? Funny how that works, eh?
