Glory Points season rewards were not delivered to some players after GP reset
We still need an update on this. My ticket from months ago is still left on "Processing" status.
October 18th, the deletion date listed on the Honorable Daeva's Marks, is next week.

Honestly I've been pretty angry over that chart ever since they posted it up.
I don't want all the Exp Marks I've collected from Abyssal Splinter to be deleted. I won't have enough time to use them all either if I started clicking on them now.
In the past when they ran the garden event only the NPC and the entry reset scrolls were deleted. Why can't it be the same this time?

NC is at it again with trying to ninja delete important items of ours just because they have been given out as another event reward.
This time it's all the
[Event] Experience Crystal we have been getting ever since they introduced the Shattered Abyssal Splinter event.
At the bottom of the Garden of Growth page https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/garden-of-growth-october-2023
they have this chart:
Countless hours have been spent getting these crystals daily from running abyssal splinter, not just from this garden event that we maybe have twice in a year.
I don't agree with them being taken away and I have sent in a ticket hoping to convince them to reverse this choice.
If this is important to you, send in a ticket too.

Make sure you sent in a ticket under the Billing Support category for this. I've heard of a few others that had the same problem recently, so you are not alone. The new normal response time frame I've had from them is 2-6hrs. They should be able to refund both so you can try it again or they might offer up another solution. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

For the Daily Login Reward event: the 2hr timed item "[Event] Group Item, Transformation Collection Flag (1 day)" can not be activated/used and has no timer on it. Players have been throwing them out because they are uselessly taking up inventory spaces. The BCM item called Yornunerk's Paragon Enchantment Mega Bundle only says: "20 Paragon Enchantment Stone Bundles, plus a bonus Blessed Paragon Enchantment Stone. Available until 8/22." Just like the last time we had this up for sale, if one does not look at the wording of the other bundles on the BCM they will never know that the paragon stone bundle is RNG based. This is already over because everything was taken down earlier than listed once again. On the next sale you have, can you please list the proper date/time the item(s) will be removed. Ever since maintenance started being held on Tuesdays (April 4, 2023) your sales have not lasted throughout the day as per what gets posted on your webpages.

Ever since they updated getting our weekly maintenance on Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays they have taken down every BCM item early.
They claim it's just "time zone" issues.
I figured this out when I went to buy the Doguri bundle (Sale Duration: April 18 - May 9) on May 9th before maintenance, and it was already taken down before I got home from work.
I sent in a ticket and this was my reply:
"As for the item Doguri items, the item is intended to be unavailable on May 09, 2023. It is possible that due to timezone differences, that the item was removed from your end earlier."
I don't understand why they say the incorrect date/time of when they are ending their sales.

Just wanted to say that the quest was finally working when I tried combining the items on Oct 20.
I think whatever they did during maintenance on Oct 17 added a fix for it.
