@Rin the open world drops are absolutely terrible in Ingy/Gelk. The number of mobs that have absolutely no loot dropping on them is extremely high. Just trying to grind out enough fine elemental stones to make new scrolls to level isn't feasible. NC needs to reassess the decision to nerf open world drops across the board. This action has discouraged players from playing and grinding in open world.

I'm level 50 and have not begun the alchemy expert quest.

I put in a support ticket for this almost three weeks ago and the title pretty much says it all. I cannot begin my expert weaponsmithing quest let alone see it. Provided in the image is my characters gather/craft skills, I haven't taken anything else to 400 and although alchemy is 399, it is not on the quest. I have completed the steps towards weaponsmithing expert and the picture shows the NPC you're supposed to get the quest from with nothing available. Support said they'd hand it over to QA, that was 18 days ago, anybody else have this issue? https://ibb.co/fdLsN8q

I understand that this isn't necessarily an issue on the asmo side at the moment, but on the Elyos side we are facing insanely long queue times. It's rather unfortunate that once again we do not have that great of a server population, but we shouldn't have to wait 20-30+ minutes to get a pop if I even get one at all. I've queued and went without getting a pop over 30 minutes and ran past the entry window before. It's bad enough the actual Tiak and Dredge times can be really late or offset for some people, but having to wait for a substantial amount of time for an entry that is not guaranteed doesn't help. Could the possibility of an auto pop with the 20 minute restriction be implemented if queue times are more than fifteen minutes? I generally try to go early and never in the last half hour but regardless of when you decide to queue you should always get an entry.
