Cyan contacted all of us for our mailing addresses, but then whoever was in charge of mailing out the shirts ghosted us — it was beyond Cyan's or any CM's control (we reached out and asked for updates) This is what the shirts would have looked like. To announce the closure of this endeavor, the shirts have been made with an original design along with stickers, a holographic print, Forthyn postcard (personalized to each recipient) & feather charm, which I also made via jewelry The packages are being delivered and I can finally post this — Was a fun project to do, and seeing everyone’s excitement over the goodies has me happy. Thank you to all who helped me track down the winners, and I wish you the best Life has to offer (forgot I made two threads on the forums, updating this one too)

The NC shirt we were supposed to get simply had the NCSoft logo, I believe it was a polo There isn't a set design for our shirt yet: I would like to get everyone together and we design it ourselves — an art collaboration, if you will. I'll then take our design, have the shirts made and ship them out myself

Free trial users get 1hour of "Siel's Aura"(subscription) a day to play, however there are survey boxes that automatically get sent to your character at lv10,15, etc that contain Siel's Aura for you to keep being able to attain items. The survey will show up as a "scroll/parchment" looking icon to the right of your skillbars, click on it and it'll open a window which you'll see a host of items given to you. If you want to sit on the free Siel's Aura items for a long playtime session, keep in mind they expire after 3days As a new player I know you'd probably like to take your time, run around and experience the quests, and by all means continue to do so. Between the XP event and the bass-boosted campaign quests, theoretically you can progress quite far before the bonus Aura runs out. If it does expire and you wish to keep playing, you can still complete quests (minus loot quests) and kill monsters, only no loot from mobs or gathering If you need more help, ask away Edit — I should mention: increase your inventory space as soon as you're able to do so. You can increase your slots "by row", with the fourth row being unlocked in the starting zones, and the next three subsequent zones in the main city hubs at the brokers. Increase only what you can afford and are comfy with if Elyos— 4th row, Baevrunerk at Akarios Village in Poeta 5-7, Heerunerk/Yiehmonerk are available at Hall of Prosperity in Sanctum (on the right as soon as you walk in) if Asmo— 4th row, Bacorerk at Aldelle Village in Ishalgen 5-7, Nekorunerk at the Temple of Gold in Pandaemonium (center of the room)

The situation is frustrating, but I want to remind everyone that NCSoft essentially micromanages NCWest. It's a shoddy system, but those who have been around for a while should know how NCSoft operates. They really mean it when they say that Rin and company are doing what is within their power to escalate NA problems and having them addressed. I'm not saying we should sit on our thumbs like good little children and wait for miracles — they won't happen, but bear in mind these years of consistency from NCSoft To who it may concern: The only thing going after Rin will do is wear her down, and you'll be back to once-a-week maintenance updates. Remember she is on our side, she has no power over the NCSoft employee who has left her on "read"

Congratulations, Asmos for the gritty Divine siege. Elyos didn't actively preform, they formed a "prevention siege" @Rin There is a severe infinite spawn bug happening during Divine; Elyos say they experienced this as well: "Elite Bodyguards" undergo countless spawns and there is no way to siege against this after a certain point as they keep spawning. Currently the only work-around is resetting them. Not only is this a tedious bug, but this can cause players to crash as well. Apologies for the tag— we're reporting to Support, but hopefully you can have this issue escalated as it has been several weeks since its appearance (I assume Elyos reported it when they encountered this during their capture)
