    Crit Strike modifier is reduced by Strike Fortitude in pvp, at a rate of 100 SF = 0.09 crit strike modifier reduction. (Crit Strike modifier cannot be reduced below 1, in the case where unarmed base crit strike modifier is 1.0) So for example, when using a dagger against a target with 200 strike fortitude, the net crit strike modifier is: 2.3x - 0.0009x * 200 = 2.3x - 0.18x = 2.12x net crit strike modifier Critical damage multiplier is applied after deduction from target's physical defense. And for Witch Modor / Grendal the Witch in Crucible Spire / Tower of Challenge, she has: around 650 strike resist (around 1150 crit strike for maximum crit chance) exactly 350 magic suppression (3550 magic boost for maximum magic damage)

For example, Gladiator's Sharp Strike have a higher than normal chance to crit, while Mocking Blast cannot crit at all.   3. Kumuki, rewards or for EXP?

    Note that you cannot gain more than 20% exp (1/5 of a level up) from a single monster. With a low level toon, exp event and amulet, the EXP gained from a single Nutritious Ginseng will ended up capped at 20% per kill. With 4 of these mobs (including final boss) you cannot get more than 80% exp from a single run of Kumuki cave, unless you kill the trash mobs in there too. EXP gain from a single Nutritious Ginseng, before EXP events and amulets: Level 69: 53,700,000 Level 70: 55,600,000 Level 71: 57,500,000 Level 72: 59,400,000 When you hit level 55, do Atruam Sky Fortress first, as mobs there not level scaled and exp gain decreases as you are 3 or more levels higher than the mobs there. Then Luna daily - 20 packets of exp at end of run, and these are level scaled - exp amount gained increases as your level goes up. Do Luna weekly too if you still have it available. 20 packets of exp similar to Luna daily. When you are level 60 or higher, do Raksang Ruins.
  4. What quests reward Kinah?

    With the release of Iluma/Esterra and Norswold/Nosra with patch 5.0, the open world monster drops did not generate kinah at all. Then with 5.6 they added kinah value to archdaeva/high daeva gear, but that also came with a major nerf to open world mob drop rates. That meant bots that farmed there did not generate new kinah into the economy. Combined with the massive broker listing fees, this resulted in long term deflation (Siel Elyos). (Remember that in early days of 5.0, Omega/APES costed over 500m each and Tempering/Upgrade Serums nearly 1 billion each) NCSoft's efforts to migrate deflation with later patches while greatly limiting what bot farms can do: 5.3: Broker listing fees (paid on item listing) changed (mostly) to commission fees paid on sale of item 5.3? Arena of Tenacity / Gold Arena kinah award for participants making to round of 16 or higher 5.6: Archdaeva / high daeva gear sale price increased from nearly-nothing to more-sensible amounts 5.6: Massively increased NPC sale price of greater/mighty mythic supplements, which come from archdaeva / high daeva group instances, and are not open word bot-able 5.6: Crucible Spire / Tower of Challenge awards kinah by clearing levels 5.6? Iluma/Esterra and Norswold/Nosra daily collection/weaving quests that award around 1.8m kinah changed into daily quests instead of nearly-2-day cooldowns
  5. What quests reward Kinah?

    The broker charges commission on every item sold through there. When you pay to other players to buy their items via the broker, about 2-5% (see below) of these are deducted and removed from the game before they are given to the selling player. Items 1-10: 2.2% * price * (1 + tax) Items 11-15: 4.4% * price * (1 + tax) Before patch 5.3, this kinah sink was far stronger where every time you list an item on the broker, you are charged the above commission fees regardless if your item gets sold or not. When you grossly overpriced an item on the broker it just meant lots of kinah got removed from the game.

  7. 400% Xp acquisition buff

    I would say where to leveling up should be based on a priority checklist. The one at the top are most important, and the one down the list should be done only if you have time to do it. When exp event is active: If there is no NPC exp buff, and you have no amulets available, make a temporary character, do BCM quest for 3x 100% amulets, ascend, deposit amulets to account warehouse, delete temporary character. Do Luna mission and Fissure of Oblivion. If money and time permits, get an Instance boost cooldown pack so you can do Fissure twice per day. In Fissure try to aim for getting B grade while killing all 3 fatties so you can get the orbs to buy free Fissure runs to spam during bigger exp events. Solo group instances (e.g. Adma and Theo) if your character can handle it, and your Luna and Fissures are on cooldown, and you have time available. Spam instance entry boosts. Should only be done when you still have time to play, and all above options are on cooldown. When exp event is not active: Do Luna mission and Fissure of Oblivion. If money and time permits, get an Instance boost cooldown pack so you can do Fissure twice per day. In Fissure try to aim for getting B grade while killing all 3 fatties so you can get the orbs to buy free Fissure runs to spam during bigger exp events. Do upper Abyss weeklies as many as you can. Do the 1.8 million kinah quests around Iluma / Norswold. Wait until the next day. Do something more productive please!

    With the 5x exp buff, you get a bit more than 1 billion exp per Luna daily/weekly or Fissure of Oblivion* run! Questing exp is worthless compared to that! That's over 4 billion exp/hr when shown in Aion Grind Meter. However to sustain that for a long time you need to spam spamming Fissure scrolls/Luna... Otherwise leveling in Aion is not a grind, it's by timegate. *Note: Fissure of Oblivion is level scaled, where you get more exp there as your level goes up (up to maximum of level 75). Fissure of Oblivion rewards at least 200 million (no exp buff) or 1 billion (with 5x exp buff from current halloween event) when you're level 74 or higher.

    There are a total of 96 slots available for booking. Each slot lasts 20 minutes. Friday 10/27: 12 slots Saturday 10/28: 18 slots Sunday 10/29:: 18 slots Friday 11/03: 12 slots Saturday 11/04: 18 slots Sunday 11/05:: 18 slots One booking per account only. And also looks like you have to be level 66+ on normal servers or level 46+ on master server to be eligible to book a timeslot with GM.

    Blessing of Wind Effect / Blessing of Wind is the spell most heavily affected by Magic Boost and Magic Suppression, as it is a magical spell that procs on every attack. It is most effective against common monsters as they have no Magic Suppression. It is less effective against higher grade elite mobs, group instance bosses, and PvP due to their significant MS. (Effective MB = your MB - target's MS, minimum 0, maximum 3200 as of game version 5.6) The final floor 40 boss in Crucible Spire / Tower of Challenge, Witch Modor / Grendal the Witch, have only 350 Magic Suppression, making Blessing of Wind effective against her.     In my older dual wielding tests, critical rate comes from main hand only. Gladiators dual wielding mastery is only level 2. For auto attacks, damage from the offhand attack are reduced to a random value between 75% and 100% of what would be if that weapon is wielded on the mainhand, before deductions from enemy phycial defense. (Assassins level 5 dual mastery are 90%-100% random damage range) Critical attacks multiply your final damage (after physical defense reductions) by the following: Dagger - 2.3x Sword - 2.2x Mace - 2.0x Greatsword - 1.8x Polearm - 1.8x Bow - 1.7x Staff - 1.7x Unarmed - 1.0x ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Still working on figuring out the exact formula for offhand weapon damage, and skill damage while dual wielding.     Avoid the regions closest to the home bases of Iluma / Esterra (if you're Elyos) or Norswold / Nosra (if you're Asmo). These are the biggest PK hotspots for 5.0. Enemy faction PKers can appear outside these regions, but are much less frequent.

  25. And remove the level difference-based passive chance to resist magic, so players of any level should be able to land spells on a target of any level as long as they have more MA than MR. Current level 1-99 exp chart since 5.0. Don't touch the current exp chart please. Nobody, even the biggest whales, should ever get much further than low 80-ish. The trope "Absurbly High Level Cap" should be how Aion should be. PvP battlegrounds and instant battleground should remain to have a level cap (can vary by instance), where players exceeding it will have stats automatically reduced to that level cap, and excessive CP have to be removed before they are allow to queue for such instances. The recommended level stat reduction apply based on the instance level cap.
