In the first boss of Steel Rake (Golden Eye Mantutu), a level 43 boss, has around 1,300 accuracy. That boss alone needs around 1,700 parry to cap parry and 1,800 block to cap block.
Level 55 bosses will be higher than that.

The Executor's magical wind damage spells have +1,000 (magical) acc mod
The Templar's two magical damaging spells only have +200 (magical) acc mod

11 of them are new quests, they give Daeva of Zephyr / Lethal Hymn renown (which contribute to your renown XP)

Forget about leveling Daeva of Zephyr / Lethal Hymn to level 3! No Empyrean's Lord Holy Water for you! No Io Gel for the new characters!

The new eternal Elite Cavalier are level 55, are armor only (no weapon or accessories), and seem to be mainly a sidegrade to Elite Brigade General armor.
