Who are this people without portraits posting on forum? Are they bots? I never see this guys on game before and now. I f they are not bots, they are cowards behind a blank face with an unknow name. Talking about issues: - they think that remove luna is the solution to sale it on BCM. LoL; - stay logged for an event 24/7. Big LoL; - u need to make prestige more atractive: renew the prestige coin store, make prestige players take advantage on all events. I'm a free to play that can afford a prestige pass, but i don't buy it because the benefits are poor. Hire an intern to play the game as a free to play on a new account and listen to what he has to say. Since there is no GM in the game. I'm tired to try explain how u need to manage a game. Keep ur work on losing players. U are doing a great job. (LoL)

Guys! Don't waste ur time posting here. No one reads. The forum is managed by a BOT and the BOT from Twitter is not working anymore. All the staff is in Throne an Liberty no one cares about Aion or Aion Classic.

There are no in-game fixes, we have no response on the forums, and we don't even have the maintenance notice on Twitter anymore. Did the Koreans replace NCWEST staff with malfunctioning "bots"?

Take ur scrolls back and fix this with an emergency maintenance. We are tired with this kind of problem in each event. 1 week waiting a fix, it's a joke!

After each patch the game become less attractive to new players and boring to old players. The farm of luna (for example) was nice because there's a dungeon where u can farm a good amount with ur main and alts. Gameforge continue with this method and works. Here they said that is not possible due the hackers that use too much of the instance with his insane farm. The solution is punish good players and put a hunt 50 mobs on Inggi/Gelk. Ok let's do this! Then... new patch, no more lugbug, no luna farm. After an hiatus, u need too compete with other (OP geared) players, rank and earn a miserable quantity of luna (compared with the old farm). My friends that don't play Aion anymore or never played always ask me "How is the game? Worth comming back? This game is good?". Well, I let you guess my answer to them...

Shugo event don't worth my time playing. Just miserable rewards. Luna is just crumbs for the weak and poor compared to the previous luna farm. Makes me want play another game until they fix all this mess.

Well... No Luna fix, no AP quests, nothing new for a year, no events, then when a good event comes and people try hard to farm when the event reward worth something... BAN! I'm a try hard F2P player. When i can, i buy NCOINS to get a prestige pass. Our discord before 8.0 are full of people playing Aion with us, now we can count in one hand the number that actualy plays. The actual administration of the game is terrible. U don't listen the players, U don't have a GM in game playing with us to see what is happen here, people are banned without a motive and evidence. We see in game lots of people hacking and nothing happens. Maybe U need to do a good work to maintain the small player base that still plays this game or shut it down. My love for this game is being ruined for you.

One week with nothing to do because of the bugs: - no hidden mobs; - fortress gates buffed = broken sieges; - no rewards from shatered abyssal splinter; - no auto-hunting in Kaldor. - no 20 event coins daily.
