  1. Thank you for your reply @Alyta-DN Sadly, it still doesn't work. I have the items in my inventory and no matter how I access/refresh the Event tab in Item Collections, those entry lines are missing. I can't apply this season's Jewels. I've checked with some other players too, and they are having the same problem...? Please fix the usage of these items, many players cannot apply the Jewels to their Item Collections window. The slots are missing for entry:
  2. The Premium Daeva Pass reward items <Daeva Pass Season 7 Attack Jewel> and <Daeva Pass Season 7 Defense Jewel> don't work. There is no listing for these items in the Event tab within the Item Collection window to apply the extra Attack and Defense stats. We are now a week without these stats for players who have already spent 2,240k Luna on the Premium Daeva Pass. It's a shame there are so many complaints on Forums. But most maintenances and updates are riddled with mistakes. If the game wasn't so good, people wouldn't give it the time of day. Even paying customers deserve a better quality of service.

  4. Thanks for the thorough post @Alyta-DN I wish I had of seen this before purchasing. It was disappointing to open and find it was missing half the "Prime" Transformation Runes. Definitely not as advertised. Myself and a few friends will be refunding if this isn't rectified. We all bought 3x boxes too... @EMpulse
  5. @EMpulse Thank you kindly for addressing the Holy Water compensation in a manner I'm sure the entire KT community is appreciative of. Thank you. Great to see so many (essential) fixes roll out this week. Please look into adding a Daily (20 Luna) Quest for each character, as soon as possible please. Ever since Luna was introduced as a currency in-game, there has always been a way for each character to make 20 Luna per day, as intended. It is sorely missed...
  6. It’s unfair to substantially nerf an Expiry Date, without providing adequate compensation to all players that participated. It’s not about when the Holy Waters were consumed, it’s about losing ~6months of their advertised effectiveness. If people had known their true Expiry Date from the beginning, would players have bothered with them? Probably not. And what if you were at 300 Holy Waters and needed to consume 1 Holy Water to qualify for compensation? You can't. It’s impossible to add 1 Holy Water once maxed. Not to mention this information was withheld until the patch went live, and it was too late to do so anyway. Please compensate correctly for the misleading misinformation of the false Holy Water "Expiry Date", which was viewable in-game for the entire duration of the last patch. It's the least you can do to appease the player base, given Aion is now more expensive to play - Prestige Pass 1,200NCoin & Premium Daeva Pass 2,240NCoin per month. You increase the price to play - and remove features? No Daily Luna, delete Holy Waters early... Players have very little incentive to play / spend, when the game we all love has taken another dive into becoming increasingly more enslaving.
