Thanks for the information, that one was 3 weeks and we get it for 4 weeks now. Maybe we have different prices both in BCM and in the in-game NPC, so I hope they release the information soon for this one too.

Nice, I'm always a little excited when we get a new patch. Very nice that you're finally bringing skins into the BCM permanently. This is an idea that can never go wrong. People have been asking for more skins for ages. We also need the event information for the events that you are implementing, the rewards etc.

You tried to make yourself canon of the game, so if you do not see someone it is because they don't play. I also don't see you, I have no clue who you are. Explaining to me how the ultimate transformation works is kinda cute... I have 5 out of 6 ultimates of which 3x kaisinel and 2x Zikel. Now if you played the game or entered the forums like the rest of us do, you would have known plenty of times people have given their opinion on awfully designed game aspects and we DID get a change because of those posts. In your case ignorance is bliss. This is the forums where people can write their suggestions or frustration with game mechanics and many times when something is wrong and many people give their opinion about it, the GMs make changes accordingly. You are not that special though, in constructive criticism of the game aspects and RNG diarrhea... we had people like you defending the company by bringing "whataboutism" arguments and comparing the game to a casino! You literally compared Aion to a casino, you did this not me. Someone already posted up there a video update on 8.3 where even the developers realized this blatant single time RNG is not good for a 6-month work and in 8.3 they give the ability to re-roll an additional 3 times of the chest, paid or not it doesn't matter, it is still RNG but more chances. THIS is exactly the original poster asked for in the very first post, to spend their 3x tokens to reroll on it hoping to get another outcome... it turns out people who requested this will get what they asked, and your arguments fall in deaf ears. Lastly this is not a casino, if it was it would have gone broke with this rigged RNG, it is an MMORPG, RNG can be part of it but not the driving factor. This is why Aion is dead, because RNG is the main theme and if people wanted to waste time and money they indeed would have gone to a casino instead of playing Aion. ~~ it looks like we will get it in the next patch, we should have kept our fragments and breaths but life is too short to bother now. It is what it is for now, I also got a duplicate like most people did.

...yes, RNG sucks at both examples! I hope you understand. But in the promotion example you have to be very unlucky to get an ultimate by combining two legendaries, the chance is 2.75%. If you don't get the ultimate this way, you actually get a selectable box with four ultimate transformations in there. The fragment example gives you no options, it's just pure RNG and it seems so far many people have actually gotten duplicates. Also don't forget that you can get the other four ultimates by combining legendary at any time of the year, there is no way you can get the two new ultimate transformations any other way other than with fragments once every 6 months.

You fuys did something awful in 8.2 in general, when Aion runs I can't use the printscreen button anywhere other than Aion and some times other things lag outside the game ONLY when Aion runs. Then we had a maintenance that broke the camps' NPCs, we got a mini update a few hours ago and ever since I keep getting crashes for no reason. The sad thing is that when we get crashes, you do not acknowledge it as your issue. I didn't have these issues before this mini patch and now I do. Whatever change you made, undo it, you keep breaking the game.

This post addresses the RNG of the game and how awful it is. With your post you didn't bring a counter argument, you only proved how RNG can only be unfair in this specific subject. The transformation thing takes 6 months and not not a single day less, if you are unlucky it can take more than 6 months because of fragments are sieved through RNG from chests. One person will get a new ultimate and another person would get a duplicate, and this is awful because 6 months is 6 months and there's no way around it, there is no other way to get these transformations and you only get one chance every 6 months. Everyone is obliged and limited to do one specific thing for that feature and then you get screwed by the RNG... that is the problem. They could sell an extra item on BCM to make this chest a selectable one and nobody would have a problem.

Same for Demaha altars, they appear empty and like Lakrum camps, you seem to get some dmg from mobs that do not exist. I thought it was just me, i did a file check and nothing changed.

It was supposed to be on BCM (so again real money) and it is not on NA yet. But you can get luna free of charge in game thought. Slowly but it is possible.

It is also exempt from the ultimate promotion we get every 6 months. I wonder what will happen when we get the two new ultimate transforms in the next patch. And I would like to question the designing team that keeps making transformations impossible to get via combination, like what is their purpose other than to frustrate people.

I am missing some fragments as usual, so when i get mine I'll come here to let you know if I also got a duplicate. This chest should have been a selectable, it takes 6 months to farm one.

They were probably sure they would get a few +7 I guess, which would worth it because it would be a highest rune or brilliant gemstone for a selectable class or selectable transform, even a +5 is good because you can select the class and the only thing unselectable is the skill. We in the asmodian side do not even have any brilliants gems or high runes on broker to begin with, so even getting +5 probably did its job for them, it is about the item itself more than the enchanted level. But if after 5k they got 0x +7 that speaks of how awful the rng is. I never in my life purchased anything for events, but there are people who spend plenty of thousands in many events that are p2w. I have no clue how many +5s he managed to get but even so they probably paid their worth because the supply for these niche items is so low that even a +0 is worthy. ~~ So Rin is gone before we even got a new CM to write a maintenance post!

Two ways, the first is to go to "My Account" and hit the link to delete the account, this will help you open a ticket request and it will ask them to delete it for you. When Kibbelz left we never even anticipated that we would get a new community manager that would be as helpful and polite as Rin. So you never know what will come next. It seems that they change the CM quite fast now, a good person won't last long even if we get one. We do not know what goes behind closed doors, how happy the new CM could be at start and how fast their emotions degrade due to the company's policies and on top of that the comments from players that many times are directed at the CM with insults or aggressiveness.

The only thing they should have done is make the requirements to 1/4th of what they are and remove the auto hunt in apsaranta. Nobody asked them for an afk event or even worse for auto hunt in the most unfriendly map for afk botting. Or keep the numbers as they are but make it an alliance kill. Right now I see heaps of bots autohunting in apsaranta or sometimes people having alts in their group while they gather mobs and kill them so they can have more chances at the event. ~ I read on discord of someone that wasted 5000$ on this event and he didn't get a single +7 cube! That means their p2w event is successful, they earned money and this is the only thing they can understand... money.

+1 -> +2 = 68/93 = 73,118% (it could be 75% rounded) +2 -> +3 = 36/68 = 52,294% (it could be 50% rounded) +3 -> +4 = 8/36 = 22.222% (either 25% or 20%) +4 -> +5 = no sufficient data! Yikes, I am defo not going to be anymore active in this event with this RNG. The +5 gives both the selectable rune/gem and the refining stone pouch. Even if it is not fully enchanted it is still a dazzling gemstone or highest runestone so that is already too game breaking to get. At this rate I doubt anyone will be able to get anything past +5.

Well I meant it as in the phrase "this is too much for me" "Too much" of a playing factor and "too much" of a failure. They didn't even give the percentage of how much it is to get from +4 to +5 and forth, they have it on enchant rates, transformation combination rates etc. They have to give out the chances of anything that includes RNG. I naively thought "hey, if I do too many chars how bad could it be?", and I didn't even ask for a +6 or a +7, just a +5 would probably get me going, I got 0 from all these cubes, that doesn't even let you draw any statistics, it could be another 100x cubes before I could get a +5 at this point.

I have done 5 chars with friends, 5*6 = 30 ice cubes, plus the free on main and some alt accounts. Close to 40 cubes total. Not a single one went to +5, like 4~5 went to +4, the rest were junk. ... and this is where I'll pass for the rest of the event, the RNG is too much.

They have already thought about this even in old aion. Aion retail is really becoming an impossible game to play, you have to purchase everything OP to be able to play it.
