I think that my alt character that was on Katalam before the server merge (that had nothing in her collection window) caused an over ride to the rest of my account that was imported from Danaria.
What did support tell you? Did they acknowledge there was an error? Like did they see that you had items and now you don't or did they check it and said "it all went correctly without errors"? Because that is an important step to understand why you have this problem and it isn't solved.
Maybe a CM can escalate your issue, but if support already didn't do anything I doubt they will do anything now.

I've seen a few that already have it.
They should have BCM sales the first 3 months for those willing to pay for it and then make it possible to get f2p with events or transformation combines.

Exactly, but they do it differently. Right now I saw people who got the bran new ultimate transformations for free with snowballs and after that we will spend a year or two before others will be able to get them from a BCM sales or whatever.
Your suggestion would make them money and eventually everyone could have a chance to get these outside limited time events.
I still do not have the ancient cat series for the HP, some of the unobtainable Apostles (but I can wait because with stormwing we get 1 per year).

Yes and I am sure someone will come to the forums the last day to say "hey I lost one day because of ____ can you please extend this event?", like every time.
People, be attentive, the best reward is in the last day.

You can buy 2 more HM entries by Lakrum renown NPC in Gelk/Ingi, which of course doesn't make it easy to get AP, but during 83 AP was pouring like rain and now everything is limited to HM 12 free entry and +2 tickets with XP marks.
Try to get the AP stars with XP marks too, they do a great job and those are brokerable so if you take some with an alt, transfer them to your main.

Increasing HM entries back to 1 per day would be better of course. Apsaranta gave like 30m AP per week, now it gives nothing.

These are good enough events and plenty of them to have the Christmas spirit.
I am sure some people will miss at least 1 day of the daily login rewards and will come here once again to make posts about to extend the reward which won't happen :D

Btw, looks like they used to revert them before.. So some people got the collections from their 2 boxes (being able to re-try with tokens), and some have to wait another 6 months even AFTER their 3 attempts of getting different ultimate transformation
I doubt they will make it available to f2p gamers. They sold those for 250$ each and that was 250$ to regamble. A friend of mine used all his tokens for the box when it was still reversible and he still got Nezekan every time, this is equivalent of 3x keys, imagine spending 750$ to get three times the wrong transform!
It is cheaper to buy the p2w daeva pass on alts of your account and get the extra breath on every char for 6 seasons and get multiple boxes and most likely get the one you need.

For me the error vanishes for a week or something and then it comes back and persists for a few days before it vanishes again.
This is a new feature they implemented probably to counter hacks and bots, but I am sure the bots know how to get around it while the real players suffer from their broken launcher.
I do not expect them to fix it any time soon.

Yes, this is result persistence in Aion.
--> When you enchant an item to +10... you then have to stop enchanting the item for some time, because if you continue the next 10~15 stones will fail even if the chance is 50%. And this is absolutely consistent, therefore it is either on purpose or bad design.
--> When I get a slot in an accessory that I do not like, re-slotting it results in the same outcome for the first few rounds before it gives something else.
I would only be willing to spend tokens on the reroll for the transform, giving money for it is a robbery with this persistence of results.

As the title says, we need every single transformation that exists in the game to be able to be acquired via combination.
--> You can still give BCM sales for transformations or special ways to get some transforms with or without money like you already do... but combining transformations should have the possibility to reward ANY transformation on the list, period!
--> And give us a permanent option to reroll that ultimate box. Not just the event key once in a while.

The reason for this suggestions is that I have made another post about a 3rd Zikel and the fact there is no way to reroll the box because the reroll key was part of an event which was also very expensive, while also support won't deal with transformations via restoration tokens.So I was prompted to make a suggestion here.

Anyoen else has more ping and more lag the last month or two?
There used to be a time that with a ping reduction service or a vpn I could play with around 120~140 ping because without I would have like 250 ping. Now I need a service to play with 250~300 ping, without it I might not even be able to play. I am from Europe but whatever other game I ever played I never had such huge ping except for Aion NA.
The thing I noticed is that when I do my aetherhold skill with "advanced volcanic wrath" I previously was able to fire 4x "advanced aether infernos" and now I can do 3 at best, when I did aetherhold with the "Aether Hold" skill I could fire 6x "advanced aether infernos" now I can get 5 if I am lucky and some times 4 if the lag becomes unbearable!
There are times I see myself hitting a shotcut to do a skill and my char will take a whole second before he fires up. My times in crucible go down even though my gear became better the last month.
They must have done something to their ISP to make it cheaper and people that are away from USA witness it more. There is nothing I can compete anymore in this game.

There is literally no Aion for Europeans, they sold Aion EU to a 3rd party company and turned it into yet another private server and we are obliged to either to play with huge ping in a game designed to matter every millisecond.

The hope is that one day the key will be up on BCM for a reasonable price. What a legit slap in the face this is to players, especially because EU has a free key in their shop. Even KR has access to keys.
I would burn 250$ before I give them to this company, I will play this game without a Nezekan for the rest of my life but I won't give a dime on the company.

EXACTLY, I also asked that when I got my 2nd Zikel and was told that this is not eligible and it was during 8.3 before the key reroll BCM sales. Then I heard some friends had a token restoration on their transforms, as stated one of them used 2x tokens for that and eventually got the one he wanted. So I thought "maybe I can do it next time" and now this happened again.
They have to give us a way to reroll that box, it takes 6 months to gamble! And it is a very important collection. It is just pure luck, nobody did anything more or less, some people got lucky others are still trying.

Edit: this is probably done to push p2w, because buying all daeva pass and the premium daeva pass gives every character a breath of transformation per 4 weeks so a p2w person can get the 6 month BCM box like everyone and an additional max 13x boxes every 6 daeva pass seasons which is 168 days, or 24 weeks or about 5.5 months
But damn me if I would pay money to gamble on that.

I know at least two people who use tokens for that and not just once, and one eventually got the correct result. I guess it was possible to do it at sometime, and I missed the dates

I didn't open the box so I asked support to revert my box back into 500 fragments and 6 breaths of transformation and they said they do not cover that with tokens.
Isn't it amazing how they make competitive events and everything has to be competitive against other players and you cannot get basic sh!t like collections?
Pure RNG garbage as usual.

I was sure it was 4 weeks initially and then I saw it ends December 28th so it is a total of 3 weeks only. Was it 4 weeks and they changed it or was I just misreading something?
This is the last week of it, it seems too soon!
