    @Edict:
    Your argument mainly bases on a comparison of abyss point gain. Some players just like dredgion as a content and only one (two if generous) mentioned the part about abyss points. The other point, that all decisions are up to NcSoft and that they know better anyway, ruins every space for suggestion and criticism. Including most of your own posts in other topics,  like "NCsoft is best equipped for deciding on what is practical for handling xforms." or "NCsoft is best equipped for deciding on what is practical on enforcing ToS.".

    None of what you said reflects anything I said; also it has information omitted and confuses information.

    First off, this is incorrect. If you had read the patch notes, you would know that Esoterrace (Araka) has been introduced as a weekly dungeon, with one entry a week.

    The fact that you are saying this, when you yourself clearly didn't pay attention to the notes is uh....yea.  While some of the comments may not be productive, I wouldn't really consider anything said so far as a "savage attack". Anyone who says something truly out of line will surely be handled by the forum mods with a mute, as has happened in the past.

    I meant to say weekly. Thanks for pointing that out.

  3. The bonus does cover the loss in dredges and far more than that when considering all AP gains; we also have Esoterrace this patch which is daily. There are no issues with wait time for dredge unless one waits too long to submit an entry request; they also have almost nothing to do with amount of entries given, it's about entry windows. NC gave us more AP gain this patch than last and much of it is preservable in relics and somehow everyone is claiming NC messed up. This thread largely is no more than an apparent plot to shake down NC for AP. NC doesn't need to do anything about it if it is made an issue of AP gain, and these posts will always be able to be seen as that no matter how one puts it in the future.

  4. Today I would like to talk about the community of Aion. Aion started off with the community's mindset being that exploits are features, an attribute of uncivilized human nature. The degree of uncivilized human conduct has been worsening into hacking, bot use, targeted harassment of individuals, impulsive sexual commentary on LFG, and even display or sale of boudoir photography. All these things worsen with each other and so all these things must be taken care of with increased enforcement by Aion Support. We want an Aion without uncivilized behavior. Even enforcement of the less pressing terms of service violations may reduce other rule breaking.

    These forms of uncivilized, deviant, naughty behaviors have been left unchecked on the Aion discord where even more explicit content is posted. There have been several boudoir selfies posted in the last week or so. I understand this discord isn't official, however posts containing links to this discord on the Aion forums leads players into the dark world of this naughty behavior and taints them so that they exhibit what behaviors they see on these discords. This is why all discord links should be deleted from the forums.

    All these suggestions are a start and by no means are the only changes needed.

  5. I figured I would put this thread on the forums for everyone to post in.

    My Feedback:

    I applaud the various bonuses that are so desperately needed. When we have events that are abyss point related, since we have aura AP bonuses now, can we consider event bonuses to be no abyss point penalty from dying? This would supercharge open world pvp.

    As for the other changes, NCsoft holds extensive statistics on what is best for the game in terms of pricing and none of us players have complete knowledge of the statistics, however we do have valuable input which was most likely read from the months of aura pricing posts. I'm not going to comment on these changes anymore than I have.

  6. It certainly feels like all the enemies I encounter have abnormal animation. I'm sure it isn't 100% of the population using hacks and is far less than that, but in my opinion the hacking is out of control even if there is a continuous population of, say, 10 players hacking, something like that. It is my opinion that most of the non-hacking population are avoiding pvp at the moment because of all the exploits which includes hacking.

    The win trading is far out of control and is widely unregulated, that needs to change. I believe we have posted enough on the forums about this, the Aion team is most likely aware of the situation, and the Aion team is most likely working on a solution to the problem. Win trading isn't the only exploit they need to address though and they can see that reading the other threads. I will reiterate that I believe harsh punishment should be given to offenders of any exploits. A letter to the community addressing these issues would be appreciated, as I believe most of the posts from here on out will be written purely out of frustration from no answer from the Aion team, however small that window may be.

    On the issue of Aion Support, I do feel like their execution of service is very poor. I do not use them often, but out of my "decade-long" use, I've seen a large percentage of tickets poorly read, poorly responded to, and poorly addressed.

  7. The amount of real world political speak in LFG is on the rise and unwelcome in any amount. Real world political speak now-a-days is tantamount to memetic phrases and purposely frustrating statements, which by definition means it isn't substantive content and is disruptive to enjoyability of the game. It is my hope that the Aion team starts cracking down on these disruptions.

    I've also seen some legion names mock the authority of NCsoft by naming themselves after bannable offenses, creating an illusion as if they don't get banned and that NCsoft doesn't take those activities seriously. I've also seen legions named after racist-toward-asian memes. I would like to also see something get done about those issues as well. We can't have people going around in game thinking those activities aren't sanctionable.

    Lastly is speak that has no means but to break a rule. People will frequently send messages in LFG without any real consequence other than to open others to harassment, unwanted attention, etc, but will stop short of being sanctionable even though everyone knows their intention or what they mean. Usually it's some form of harassment such as exposing someone's privacy or actions; a false flagging operation; or it is short of sanctionable speech (hate speech). This is very common and very much needs to be taken care of.
