  1. I would vote for transforms are only for siege. I do have other ones that would fix some other issues:

    • Buffs will continue to tick after being logged out.
    • Logging off will unbind you from your kisk.
    • Logging off in open world will move you back to your obelisk.
    • Logging off takes 1 minute to perform.
  2. I think I've posted about player misbehavior in general and there is a lot of overlap. These types of players are also the ones that sell their nudes openly on LFG; make rude, racist, or sexist comments; post non-constructive content on the forums; post disinformation on the forums and in LFG when people ask questions or complain about things; conspire with other trolls to get people to quit; outright cheat or exploit; etc.

We need a lot more in-game moderation. We need stricter policies in place lengthening suspensions and decreasing the threshold required to ban. We need to end the segregation of forum and game punishments. We also need to delete any links posted on the forums to any discord channel as all of them I've seen are ways to organize misbehavior of various types; some of these discords are ran by people that don't even play the game who admit they are trying to make a quick buck which is a major red flag.

  3. I figured I'd reiterate somethings. The level cap is level 55 now and you would expect that someone would be able to get something decent with some effort from the last patch, but gold medals are barely attainable, less attainable than sapphire medals. I'd like to actually play the game on some of my new characters and not afk all day on them. 40e and 30e also have the same problem, but those sets don't provide anything useful in level 55 combat, therefore the set to start at is 50e.

  4. Can you add a way so it's easy for us to get gold medals for 50e? This is supposed to be a starter's set and there are almost no gold medals on the broker. It's far easier to get sapphire medals for 55e, but the abyss points required is too insane for a starting character to get in a reasonable time.

    Can you consider these changes:

    • For every fortress captured, add a repeatable daily quest that rewards 3 gold medals and 5 gold medals for every 7 completions
    • Make it possible to convert an unboxed sapphire medal into a bundle containing 3 gold medals
    • Make it possible to convert a boxed sapphire medal into a bundle containing 3 gold medals

2.2 is not going to save this game lol.Maybe slight spike in population then dead again.People who didnt invest heaps have moved onto greener pastures, only the hardcores and whales are left now.Everyone knows where people have gone, thats what mismanagement does.

There really is nothing hardcore about transforming, logging out, logging on to alt to scout, then logging back on a transform to kill.

  6. The sportsmanship in this game is terrible.

    • We have players logging out and logging into assassin alts to scout areas to make sure there are no real players so they can farm bots in peace.
    • We have players logging out while moving to avoid pvp even though you are supposed to be stationary while attempting to log out.
    • We have players pvping only when they have transform and logging out in a quest area (to save transform time), then using alts to watch the area they logged out on (to save transform time / so they cannot be killed on their main), then logging on their transformed main to kill whatever weaker players that pass near by, then repeating the second step.
    • We even have players that go as far as to log two accounts, one stays logged out in an area and the other scouts the area. When the scouter gets an opponent in the area, they sleep it over and over and over again on macro until their main logs in and they highly coordinate skills (as if they are the same person playing) to kill you without having a chance.

Irrelevant to the topic short of, there is this ranger that runs around with personal stigma summoning stones, because he can't kill me in block. He switches stigmas to full damage spec during sleep arrow's sleep. And I just end up exploding from his damage after sleep. Just please delete those things.

And yes, he really does spend half a million kinah and stigma shards to change specs, like almost everytime I see him. Luckly, I haven't seen him all that often.

  7. The price increases on the level 60 balaur materials is due to price manipulation and has nothing to do due with drop rates. These are the players that are trying to lock other players out of playing the game because they refuse to normalize botting. This artificial price increase is a form of encouraging rule breaking which then in turn costs NCsoft in loss of opportunity. When those players leave, we will have more frequent rule breaking from those unfettered players, and if not, the popularity of rule breaking per player will increase simplify because there are less players that play fair. Don't get me wrong though, they do have significant measures in place for botting, but the already existing kinah is still in circulation among the bot owners and a few lucky players. Some bots might farm unfettered for short periods of time, which is why it seems like they don't do anything about botting, but they do and if you look at the map there really isn't much botting at all because of this. Take all that I said, you got players forcing the population to normalize botting and then you get something like Aion 8.2. They do need to increase drop rates on balaur materials though.

The subject was never if people could afford it, it was if people would be willing to pay $15/mo for a 14yo game! It is expensive af. Plus all other things that you pretry much have to buy to get anywere in terms of gear lol.

Aion Classic has had thousands of payers since it's opening and it was old not so long ago then and it remains about the same age now. It is a myth that $15 a month is expensive or unaffordable. It is a myth that even $35 a month is expensive or unaffordable.

The real problem is that they should add fines for breaking rules in the game. If anyone gets suspended, then a fine of $5 per full week of suspension should be required to get the suspended account back. Holding a position against this, would be siding with suspended players and rule breaking.

The subscription should be lower price too, $15/mth. is way to high, that's why poor people have flocked to other servers.

This is a myth. Even people with minimum wage can afford Aion Classic.

what are you guys actually doing when you go into work? i get it, this is an old game and small player base and not exactly your main concern probably but you are charging us an arm and a leg to play it (lower the siels aura price) . there are on going issues that players need fixing or just your attention to and we just get ignored for months, atleast give us something new to look forward to maybe information on new patch release, new skins on the market (hello? money? dont you need that?), events that gives leveling and end game players useful items (crafting materials? skins? Enchant stones? Boost charms?) or something as simple as actually talking to your players, appear in game and say hello? show your players there is a 0.1% chance you actually care.

$0.0875/whr for Siel's Aura (on 40 whr week) is 2.8% of the average whr cost (on 40 whr week) to drive to work in the US. Even a chinese sweatshop wage would make it possible for you to purchase Siel's Aura, 10+ times over per month.

Can we have a forum rule prohibiting people from making phony positions?

Afk lol, wow that's some special assumptions right there.

I didn't assume anything. You made a general statement that meant nothing and continues to.

You're not supposed to be able to kill an xform in a 1v1.

Therefore it's overpowered. The game isn't supposed to be a constant struggle to find fair pvp. Like I said, people only come out to pvp with transform.

    4 hours ago, Ontwo said:

You can kill them in a group of players doing dailies.

No, you can't unless the transform is very bad. Even if one group does manage to kill an transform, more than likely half of your group or more will die.

    4 hours ago, Ontwo said:

The issue is most players take off running instead of standing there and fighting. From these posts I can tell which category you fall into.

Fighting an transform is a death wish. If you command your party to nuke one they will just bait your support into using vital skills and come back a few later; bait scouts to run away from their team which will naturally happen since transforms run at cap speed; or they will dumpster truck damage your cloths because transforms have additional pvp attack.

  12. 14 hours ago, Ontwo said:

The issue non xforms are facing is at siege you have more xforms than you have regular players. This is a population problem and not an xform problem. Not going to name drop but we burned an xform SM to the ground in a 1v3 in SC so it's really not terrible.

This lacks so much information it means nothing. I'm pretty sure I could kill any transform if they were afk long enough. This also speaks nothing to when one is alone against a transform.

People only use transforms to gain unfair advantage in small group situations; it's supposed to be used in leagues. It isn't the majority opinion that people want fights to be almost always against something unkillable with the common amount of players in group.

  13. People only xform to pvp now otherwise they just hide in their cities until they get their xform back. What is worse is that there are people logging off to extend the duration of an xform either by limiting time waiting online for an opponent or to double xform which is unintended by the developers.

    • They need to make xforming only available to cast during special periods.
      • The hour before siege and the hour of siege.
      • During agents.
    • They need to show where xforms are on the map like they are cursed.
    • They need a popup message banner on screen when a person xforms.
    • They need a message in chat and on screen when an xform moves from map to map or logs in.
    • They also need to strip xform buffs off of people if they log off for more than 10 minutes or more than 1 time.

Just Wow talk about tinfoil hat conspiracy nutjob theory's.Discord is perfectly safe to use and is in fact essential in mmo communitys too successfully complete group content. It's no different to getting a spam email and stupidly clicking on the link then crying about getting scammed/hacked or whatever.People need too take resposibility for any unknown links they click on.

As someone has stated if you get  a dm or link sent too you from a unknown then dont click on it.Spreading around rumors that every discord is out to get you is simply false and misleading.

    All your assumptions are false.

  15. As you can see in the thread below, this is the state of the game in LFG, but many times worse. A bunch of people are selling their nudes openly on LFG; making rude, racist, or sexist comments to each other; and grieving. We need more in game moderation and we also need more aggressive penalties for breaking the rules. The current policy isn't deterring anyone.
