Lovely, welcome @Wissp. I hope you can help the community.
It may worth clarifying what is the policy that NC America will follow against hackers. Some known ones have been left unpunished for a while now. In fact I logged in out of boredom today and met 3 of them. I am quite certain that people have submitted reports about them a million times such as dps mater records etc but NC west did nothing about it so far.
Something is not done properly If the whole community knows about them amd NC turns a blind eye.

God I hated intensity so much but at least they wanted to include more asmos in it (just because they couldnt fight elyos but still).

I am pretty sure you will have to swipe to find asmos in the server soon enough.

BTW I did not mention GF you did. I just mentioned a different region of the Game. Surprisingly AION is published in more than one country.
Instead of playing games to get people banned, you should focus your effort to make this game better by learning from other regions such as EU, KR etc.

Is this not a thread for the Katalam server when a group of stacked elyos wiped all the asmos that were going for divine ?
I mean yes sure it works better if you decide to believe that the contestant is up to the same level and you just won because you are better. However, it can be considered naive (at the best) to not take into account the facts such as that asmos are less, demotivated and undergeared.
There is indeed geared asmos but those are mostly the ones who either spent a good amount OR those who have made their life's goal to bot and get kinah.
Now consider that asmos are literally taking nothing from WBs or anywhere else which in NA is the only source of Prime runes and the primary source of dazzlings. Taking this into account and doing some maths the demand on the amso side cannot be met hence the prices will go up and the only people that can afford those stuff are the bots.
The only way to keep up has been the events as an alternative source of goodies such as Traits paragon stones etc but this is not the case anymore so the gap becomes wider.
Ultimately Elyos will be fighting with geared bots and few asmos that can keep up. Eventually, even the asmos that care will quite cause what is the point? Aion is meant to be a faction war game but at this point, I believe the NA retail has reached its game over the stage the Asmo faction has been defeated on many levels.
PS. Even if NC west was putting everything in the shop the Latino population would never be able to pay the American prices. Localisation of prices would help the server a lot. A great example is AION EU. If you are in doubt go browse the eu broker and see how much healthier it is even for the non-dominant faction.
I used to believe that EU is P2W but the thing is AION NA is P2W as well which is expected at this stage of this game the difference is that AION EU is F2P friendly and the stuff you buy represents your local currency economy.
You guys won. And like every game, once the game is over you either restart the same game or find a new game.

I am surprised you haven't noticed that there are about 20 aamos left in this game.
Asmos were always less though and numbers demotivate them.

regarding the ranking you only need to do 1run per week per alt.
IMO it is a nice way to revamp Abyssal.

Please consider making this permanent.
Can definitely be improved by included more relevant rewards, such as holy waters, IO and oath tablets.
Please consider adding event coins to buy stuff from the event npc in ingi/gelk , we havent got any coins for about 2 years now.
Regardless that is a nice way for the player base to compete.
Please also consider as multiple people mentioned to include the Luna bundle in there. Thee is no need to find any other complicated solution.

Jokes aside if you dont want players to do certain things you probably want to warn them before you take an action against their accounts.

So given that we can make AP could you consider the following
- Extend the first arena window so we can participate to more arenas
- open arenas everyday since harmony is now removed
- run a poll on sieges to see whether you need to adjust the timing based on your remaining player base
- Possibly bring back the hidden mobs (although they are not supposed to exist in this patch)
Any other suggestion will be well received.

Forum is so much healthier when you block certain individuals.
either way we all know EU is a cash gab and yet again F2P can get luna though various ways.
The bundle was removed form the instance due to sever outages probably caused from the bots. The team then decided to add it on lugbug. Now that lugbug is gone maybe it worth adding the bundle back to the instance and ban some bots :>!
