plain sad. doing 1 good thing and taking everything back with a single sales event . Although I have to admit that 75$ per box aint that bad I cant imagine how the people that have spent fortunes would feel about it. I am curious who is still spending in this game though.

So I have noticed that game forge very efficiently has introduced the Hero trials system which is sort of a passive event whee you have to complete specific tasks for decent rewards see below Have you ever considered introducing something like that to make the game worth playing ?

None of the above. If NCwest decides to stop running retail they will have to pass the right to a different publisher including all the existing information or shit it down. Of course they don't have to retain the accounts or data but they would be selling the title of the game and it could run as a different instance via steam for example. There is no way the server is merged into EU and there is no chance you can equate the spending here to there and there is no way you can just merge to the GF servers that are located in Frankfut. Remember retail is aimed to the NA crowd so it will have to continue focusing on them including hosting and localisation. Aion retail will probably continue running same as BnS and Lineage. Most of these games if not all have moved to AWS and the hosting g cost is small. So as long as the games make more money from their OPEX theu can keep running. However, given the huge drop of population and since our funders have moved away it may be the case that the current model is not viable in which case we come back to the options I mentioned before. Keep in mind that if we ever move to a different publisher we may loose everything unless the new publisher wants to migrate the data to retain the player base. Regardless, the question you should ask yourselves is "do I really want to spend money on this game the way it is right now?"

Dredge was a joke , Idgel was a good pvp arena when it popped, evergale was Elyos against their alts. The new arena is good and fun and no qq about gear but too much teaming up will kill it . I havent done much of it on NA but in general it is nice and rewarding. Complaining about dredge in this version is like complaining about movies not coming out in vhs tapes... There are different things that should motivate/prevent you from buying prestige. E.g lack of events and content or support

Could have been a great one with coins dropping from it everyone would rush back to catch up on that crit damage collections and guess what, if they were putting reset scrolls in the shop they would have made so much more money. Oh and also you got to accept that the game is a replica of the korean patches with local features such as abyssal . However, atm there has been no effort to keep the players happy given that even abyssal rewards are outdated and there hasnt been a decent event for 6 or more months now.

Yeah well the game it self is not that bad the NA version though is miles away from any other. EU servers are pretty crowded and more active whilst there are only.bots left in NA.
