NcWest administrative quality is not good... no one listening to the players the server seems to be completely abandoned

I myself have 0 critical def and 0 critical damage... I'm always dying practically with two ''Pro p2w'' player skills because of these collections... This version of Aion for those who have Collection has a lot of advantage against players who don't have a chance to fight back... these versions are ridiculous to play =/

This is the reason why many players stopped playing... that way there's no way to have fun in the game =/
