Hiii and welcome! A couple of thoughts to share. First please understand that after a decade and 2 versions of aion... some of us lack trust in the company as a whole. While I will temain cautiously optimistic I wont get my hopes up too far. Keep in mind that us being pissed off means we care. And its dumb that some of know more and care more than the people running this game If you truly want to help us perhaps consider what Kibblez did a few years ago and complile a list of player grievances. Its a pretty big list so be ready for that. He was able to take some feedback up to the big bosses and make some changes in retail but then suddenly vanished except the copy/paste weekly maint notes that might or might not make it to the right version forums. Allow us to honestly and openly share our thoughts on the game. Deleting comments, threads, putting strikes on peoples accounts doesnt make US wrong. I think the fact we started at 16 servers and barely have 1 for each version speaks for itself. Sure its your company but I wouldn't buy your pizza if you keep telling me I dont need cheese. Cuz we all need cheese so please take my order!! And lastly you know its the end of the world when I agree with @Kayame-DN on something!! Asmos have a camp not far from the world bosses with annoying elite guards to protect their kisks where elys have nothing on either map within a comparable distance to the fight location. Its not bad enough these early versions completely screw healers at sieges and events, go ahead and set the whole faction up to fail. Grab a note pad and some coffee. Lets talk about both versions.

Single dispel should always be placed somewhere its easy to access. I put mine in slot 4 so I can just click on my mouse. Its very close to where my thumb naturally sits. You may die from me not healing you. But almost never from not getting dispelled. Just organize your group in priority to whos going to need most of your attention. This thought process here is why I am opposed to fast leveling. People need time playing their classes and learning the skills- what they do and situations when to use them. Also why Im not a fan of people buying accounts. The community doesnt make it any easier by talking down to people asking for advice. Yall getting heated over manastone socketing success when the list of problems with aion is longer than my arm. And you know they are reading. Posts get deleted and nothing changes. These forums are basically the same cycle as the retail ones. Going to stop there before I get another strike on my account for a truth someone doesnt want to hear.

Then what would be correct? What do you view as fair? Elys lost those forts 2 days to a week early. Would you prefer they just mail out medals to everyone who missed out.. knowing that not everyone does those dailies? I pay for those medals with my time and AP so if you wanna just give them to me for free............

Hey! Just because Im bad doesnt mean I cant have fun. I do wish that they would fix the transforms though. They know its a problem because they changed it eventually in retail. I know both sides do it, but that doesnt make it right. Your 10 min xform should not be 45 mins in 1.5 min increments while your hide on your alt so you can swap back when groups are doing their dailies. Especially considering a few of the people doing this get completely wrecked in dredge or tiak when they cant xform. They dont deserve their ranks and should be treated just like the ones who used to cry about losing ap on their officers when they bought their rank in EB reset scrolls. And youre damn right Ima try my best to hide my happy little nyerk in the fort when theres a full group worth of xforms and another group + of sucker fish clinging to their sides Its a pvp game. Thats my opinion for you to pvp against On a side note.. thanks for giving the forts back to the way they were at the first messed up reset? I think? Are they going to cycle through what they were flipped to? Or just this one time? Its nice to see some results but the communication is clearly still lacking and just brings up more questions

Maybe you should send a GM into the game to look at this. You literally left a broken NPC for us to spend coins. and the currency he takes is still wrong. Again if you dont take our happiness seriously, at least consider your profits.

Is this something we can expect from every maint going forward?? Do we have to start mass logging out in silentera because we cant trust we will get what we pay for? SMH!

Its not just the shugo. Its days of lost medals from the quests. Its that theres always something getting broken and after over a decade of this game its somehow still frustrating

I also want to point out that with less than a day left in a season youre losing money. People arent going to pay to upgrade their event pass and not be able to spend the coins they just paid for. Personally Im a little irritated that I paid for the coins a few days ago thinking I would be able to save up for a couple more items. If you wont listen to our unhappiness at least understand this is costing you guys RL Kinahs

I heard of some people having issues making more toons on classic. They were getting an error message saying they had too many characters. If its going to be total, per account, regardless of version I would have just appreciated a heads up so I could strip them before deleting. I was told in my tickets there was no way to access them before deleting more. I was also told to buy prestige for the account again.. which you cant without being ON a character. I want to say more but it feels like both of my accounts took a huge RNG hit after my warnings for expressing my unhappiness with the way other things have been handled. So just know I have more to say, but Ima say it safer places like discord lol

ok. so apparently its a limit on the number of toons you can have PER account, REGARDLESS of which game/version. which is weird because I could still get into classic but not retail until I deleted 4 toons to be back at 13 total. and this is new. I was just on this toon on tues. been dealing with this for days now. can you guys at least gimme a RNG bump or something? lol

they told me to file repair.. which didnt work lol.

right. I only have 12 toons on the retail part of that account. 10 now. I deleted 2. I cant log in to any of them. I get an error saying I have too many characters. Unless they are counting my classic toons also, which are on the same account on classic server. I have 5 there so that would make 15 on that account total?

But how are you supposed to log in and buy prestige if it expires? Do you have to delete toons if you let it lapse?

I tried to log into my original account and it says I have too many characters. I had 12 and deleted 2, but still cant log in. How am I supposed to get things off of those toons if I have to delete them to even log in? And how many characters are we allowed to have now?
