    .... You made an open world grind event to gain the candies to farm for the pets.... You do realize the botters will dominate this event and if those candies are tradeable/sellable/brokerable you just made the RMT issue 1000x worse right? 

    Also, other then the [Event] Jack O' Lantern, the rest of the rewards are pretty crappy. Should of just stuck the [Event] Jack O' Lantern in the Kuna store.

    Don't forget this information and more tools can be found on the AionNotes webpage as well.  :P

     PS the chat filter stopped working for adding key words after last Wednesday's update.  Hoping it NCwest fixes it again soon so we can continue to add words to it because last week it was working beautifully.

    We're happy to share that we will soon be bringing back Contaminated Underpath this coming Wednesday February 3. After our investigation, we have determined that it would be best to remove and reallocate the Luna materials which dropped in the instance.

    To account for this, a bundle will be added to the daily Lugbug Mission which will provide you with Luna materials at the same rates as the top-tier bundle from Contaminated Underpath. In exchange, all you'll need to do is take care of some Monsters in the surrounding areas!

    We hope this change turns out to be a positive development for everyone, and thank you for the patience while we looked into the issue.

     Well no longer getting randomly kicked from the eye...but now I get DC'd from the game every-time I'm in the eye for more then a minute or so.... this is very frustrating! I want to play!  >.< Please fix this @Loki  @Kibbelz

    If you're unhappy with the direction the game is taking, by all means, voice your frustration on the forums to elicit change.  The more people that post to the conversation, the more likely NC will take notice and make some changes.

    However, if change for the better doesn't come, then you have only 2 options to try and force a change.

    1.  Stop spending money on the game. 

    2. Stop spending time on the game.

    I agree with number 1, #2 however no... Ncwest changed to a AWS host which charges them by the usage of data. If you log in and do nothing, they get charged for the data the server is sending your client(s).  That's why they have the auto kick feature on to remove us for being afk for too long. It's also why we won't be seeing any AFK events in the future probably. If you want to force change, voice your concerns LOUDLY on the forums, don't spend money on the game, but keep playing for FREE.

    I feel your pain... I have several issues under the bug report section that hasn't been acknowledged at all by the NCsoft staff... So glad we pay for Prestige for some of the quests to be bugged and not work.

    Tomorrow, we will have an extended maintenance window as we change server hosting to AWS. These AWS servers are located in the state of Virginia.     Rather than retrieving the transformations and items, we'd like to pivot our response by instead sending all players an [Event] Locked Hanbok Pixel Transformation Contract Selection Box (4 Types) via survey. Since some players already used their key on the box they acquired for free initially, this will only impact players who still have a key. Based on the feedback we've seen, we will also be adding [Event] Honey Songpyeon x10 to the survey.

    Finally, we want to acknowledge the difficulty in obtaining Pine Needles, so we intend to add a free daily Pine Needle (10x) Bundle to the store through 10/21.

    We hope this solution feels more appropriate. Thanks for taking the time to write your thoughts to us here on the forums; it's because of your passion we can respond like this at all. Let us know what you think - we'll all keep watching here.

    5. Will the added effects on pixel xforms be extended due to those that were not able to obtain them in game because of the removal of the purchase NPC so more players can enjoy these benefits?

    Hopefully this provides some much-desired info and thanks so much to those of you who've shown patience while we worked this out.

    I don't think those players that got it for free should be punished for NCsoft's screw up, and they shouldn't punish those that were online at the time that didn't know about it by doing a server roll back. Also it's been far to long after the occurrence to do a rollback, so we shouldn't even be considering that to happen now. 

    What we need now is NCsoft to decide how to make this up to all the other players. We also need NCSOFT to reach out to us and TELL US they are working on a solution, even if they don't have one yet. 

    @Kibbelz @Loki @Hime   Can one of you please put a stop to this panic? It's getting out of control in LFG, Legionchats, Social media and here on the forums. Some players are actually avoiding enchanting or running instances because they are afraid of a rollback that will undo any progress they make right now. Please just tell us straight up that you are not going to do a server rollback and are working on a solution with a rough time frame of when we can expect a solution to be announced or implemented. Take control of this situation. Communicate.
