Please let us buy some plats with event coins. There's no way we can get a full set before the next patch come and everything we'll be outdated! It takes really long to get at least 4 plats a day, if we only own our side forts. Tempus is ridiculous with that platforming section, it's too much effort and time to get 50% of chance to get one plat. We can only do the PvE arena two times a weak, wich is ridiculous too. And the super addicted players will always have advantage, cause they play everyday for like 10 hours. Normal people can't play everyday. And fix the drop rate too!

This game approaching an unplayable state. With no manastones and stigma shard. And if you guys think EU will be any different, you're completely mistaken. The just don't care if the game is unbalanced for the amount of players here. The way the game arrives from Korea is barely touched by the devs of NA. The only thing they changed was the relic turn in cause people were already reporting that this was a s'c'a'm. The state the game is now is only suitable for the Homeric amount of bots in Korea. The changes we need are only achievable after a series of testing. And they can't do that in NA because of the small number of employees. EU won't be any different, because they won't hire the expected number of employees too. All those technology companies are in the same state and reducing their crew. And if you make an quick search on Google you will see many posts of people saying Gameforge is awful. Unless people start taking legal actions, nothing will change.

Please, do something that can be sustainable and just don't give us event rewardsor surveys. No manastones and now no basic things like stigma shard isn't affordable anymore. We can't spend 1 million everytime we need to change stigmas. I think most classes need to switch from PvP spec build to PvE spec everyday. My main is a Cleric and I can't be always with my healing spec stigmas cause I need to do Arena and PvP. Please do something.

They won't ban the bot unless it's really disturbing real players like in some situations as constantly killing the mob you need, monopolizing farming spots etc.

In my country's currency siel's aura costs 52 bucks. I want to play Aion mate. If wanted to play another game I wouldn't be here trying to solve my problem. But, you had the time just to type pointless things like complain about the way I write. Thanks, but you're not helping.

Update Yesterday the support contacted me and told me to use a function of windows to send them some information and the hijack this too. They also told me to uninstall the launcher by the control panel, but it doesn't work. 3 days now and my Siel's Aura is going to waste! Somebody HELP!

Please help, for 3 days now I can't manage to log in. It always says: Failed to log in (0) Please try again later. I just don't know what to do! Nothing seems to work. It's not a problem with my ISP, using exitlag or WTFast doesn't help either. I tried another account and zero, nada, nothing.

Well, here's some updates of my martyrdom trying to log in! Today I reinstalled the NClauncher after a lot of tries to log in. And I tried a couple of times with the reinstalled launcher, but nothing. So I decided to restart the PC, and it worked. I played for about 3 hours, but I had to restart the PC again and guess what? I can't log in again! See, it's random when I finally manage to log in. The problem isn't my connection or with my PC, it's something NCfail is doing or not doing.

It's not my ISP. Yesterday I got a brand new internet plan a lot faster than the old one. But, I had to go to work and when I came back after the maintenance this error started. It's not my ISP. I have a new internet plan that was working really fine before the maintenance. Scan and repair haven't changed anything

I just found this 4. "Too many failed login attempts" error message" If you have entered your password too many times, you will get an error "Too many failed login attempts". The error message you are seeing is part of a security system in place to prevent an unauthorized party from gaining access to an account by repeatedly guessing passwords. The error will expire automatically after 60 minutes, but login attempts before it expires can cause the timer to reset. Lol this is a ridiculously flawed way to prevent unauthorized access to my account. Very safe, but the first time I tried to log in when I booted up my PC and this error appeared. I didn't knew about that and I kept trying! Well, I've waited the 60 minutes and I was still getting the same error. So, I had to go to sleep and nothing has changed. The same error again. I can't login anymore.

Omg this maintenance shut down today was a big mess. I just lost half of my daily progression and I can't log in anymore.

I know this isn't the first topic about this issue. But, I think it's important that the more people expressing their concern about this topic the better to see if we can pressure NCsoft to do something about. Being able to create characters of both factions in the server must have some kind of restriction or penalty for those who abuses the possibility of swapping characters constantly. I won't list all the issues that this practice brings to the game, because other players already did topics about it. I'm in the Siel server and I will use those guys from the Seppuku legion from asmos side as an example. Their main toons were created in the Elyos side. They stand at the gate of Gelkmaros fortresses spying the players just to log in with their mains that are Elyos and Zerg the Asmos in the safest way, avoiding being killed by the opposite faction just by logging off. In that perspective, this is very unfair to the other players who suffers the AP loss penalty and those spies just get away without any AP loss penalty because they exploit this problem aspect of the game. So, some restrictions must be made to keep the game fair to everyone. And this can considered AP trading because in some cases there are players using their characters of both factions at the same time and sometimes even mirrored actions. Here are some changes that can be made: 1. Increase the wait time to swap to a character of the opposite faction. 5 minutes would be great. 2. If you Log off with a character in your opposite faction map, you should lose all your buffs and XFORM if you stay logged out with the character for more than 2 minutes. 3. Make the fort NPCs aggro range larger and hit harder players of the opposite faction when the fort is invulnerable because many XFORMs bring their whole party even inside the fort to gank players inside and not being able to scape the fort so easily and with HP almost intact. 4. If you Log off with your character who's in the opposite faction area, you should be sent back to your faction area after 10 minutes logged off. These are some solutions I could think at this moment. But, there's more issues. I hope the GMs and other NCsoft staff read this post and start doing something about it. Because this is the most pathetic way people figured out to gank players in the easiest way. It's frustrating and those kind of unbalance is what makes people abandon the game. Keep things fair or Aion will lose subscribers.
