Laonhaje in those screenshots wrote that there is going to be a barrier soon to prevent it. If twelve years are not soon enough, what is? that it is seen as a violation for now. Does not necessarily mean it applies to Aion classic over a decade later. those players were apparently all warned by e-mail already. Did this happen here? While I agree that first zone ganking is lame and should not be a thing, an over a decade old screenshot with a {GM} on it hardly provides your argument with more merit.

@Shirene-DN: It is pretty obvious that nothing is going to be done about it. Many players are probably able to name dozens of bots, their class, their legion and their location out of mind. Even the last ban wave merely stopped them for a good week before unbanning them. People offered to monitor bots voluntarily and free of charge, yet no action followed upon it. By now I would go as far as to recommend everyone to just bot as well to enjoy the full classic experience.

I get the feeling they have to assign the fortresses back manually after each maintenance.

@Viruz: Holding a fortress does not really provide benefits anymore. Not even defending is really worth the time, which sadly ruined exciting sieges and just turned it into a Gate/Dux/Stellari rush.

@Testimony: If you want to get best rewards possible, you go alone and do not share contribution with the whole league. Due to timezones I am merely able to attend divine siege on saturdays, which grants me six medals and 150k abyss points (give or take) and Balaurea on sundays, which also rewards me with 50k abyss points each fortress and usually maximun contribution. In league you probably get around 300 to 400 abyss points a gate instead of 9'000 solo (with siege weapon). Alternatively you can do what many people do: leave league when Dux/Stellari is at about 1% of health. I am attending siege as level 50 with fabled Anuhart gear+1 full of white manastones.

@Testimony: It looked like we were oversimplifying all classes, so I joined in.

@Testimony: Buy a siege weapon for two million kinah and get ten thousand abyss points each gate by idling. Also the medals are capped and therefore only proportional to the contribution to some extend. The amount of medals used to be grouped by classes, meaning your contribution regards everyone with the same class only. Not sure if that ever got confirmed officially for classic. Every class can be on top of the ranking by buying abyss points or getting carried/pushed.

Sorry, I had to go off quickly. I checked again and I think that I am not a good reference, since I am not a new player and I was level 45 at that time, but: Use food-buff, candy, serums, crystal, anti-shock scrolls, double stone skin and boon of Iron-Clad as you see fit. Start using the skills/items with low cooldowns first so you can recast it during the fight. Do not forget Stamina Absorption and Vaizel's Wisdom. The room is small, but you can run around and/or use blind leap to get a bit of time.

I found it fairly easy with my mage and my templar. Once you kill the monkey you get a nice skill to use additionally.

That would presume that NcWest knows who the bots are. Which would furthermore lead to the conclusion that they know who the bots are and willingly do not ban them. With the final verdict being that everyone was free to bot. Dont take this post too serious.

While the second sentence is mostly a consequence of the first one not being applied.

@Joetaro: Harvest Revel Enchantment Mega Bundle (2200 Quna) does not necessarily imply a harvest for you. It might as well just imply a harvest for NcSoft.
