What is wrong with NC marketing team? 790 for such stones? Is NC too desperate to earn more form some rich individuals so you will have bonus in Dec or the marketing team are just a bunch of fresh graduates? if you kept to the same amount of stone as the last event, you will probably earn much more then trying to milk that few rich individuals. No wonder your profit kept dropping. NC manage to make money cause of the lockdown. That method would not work when things are back to normal (and it seems so)…

Did NCsoft just change the entry timing without notice and patch note cause they couldn’t solve the entry bug? why can’t ncsoft just reply? Does typing a reply cause them an arm or a leg?

@Primaliplease wake up…. The current patch is a direct patch form KR which would not work in NA due to the fact NCwest had never been able to keep players in NA Aion. Current player base can’t even take down divine without significant HP reduction. Most can’t even form party to run instance after 1 hour of trying. Direct port from KR would not work unless you can start working to increase Aion player base by at least 20x (please don’t count bot). you guys really need to wake up. I really don’t know how you guys keep your jobs….

Been happening since portal open for both gelk and ingg Taloc. Most who are there are to level so will die like in 3 hit which gives ppl the kick to play aion. Classic has too little player so GM can't afford to ban anyone for this anymore like in retail. Got ban for 3 days for camping in Gelk zone 1 back in retail (using mushroom). It was declared as "using system bug to access an area". So, we took it out by breaking the gate to go zone 1 and camp Gelk fortress for like 2 weeks. Thereafter, they update the patch and send anyone who logout in zone 1 back to bind spot. Unless we see as many players as we had back in retail, GM can't ban ppl for doing this as most player playing classic (willing to spend) are those who enjoy killing ppl undergear to show how good they are at "PVP". For those who enjoy PVE more than PVP, had quit or went back to retail (for 80% of those I know back in retail). So now "Pro PVP" player owns the game somehow.... They just camp anyone doing quest solo or in small group. Run when they see someone better geared then them are helping those doing quest. Cycle repeats everyday....

Don’t brother if you are starting a new account. But would be nice if have a “geared” account. Aion now is about face rolling with gear since not much skill is required. Just run form those more gear form you and keep aim those you know they is lower in gear then u. Repeat this each day and that’s Aion for u.

Oh, you had a screen shot saved, didn’t save any back then. They ported anyone who logout in zone 1 once you logout back in the days. But there were more players in Aion back then and many couldn’t do quest due to being under geared (those “pro player” can face roll any new player or player who mainly pve in retail Aion). classic is kinda of diff now, most were ex player who enjoy face rolling with their gear (No skill required in Aion) so most spend the initial 1 month trading ap, botting, buying kinah, etc to max gear. ppl who I knew back from retail who wanted to enjoy the game couldn’t pass the 3rd month in the game due to these ppl just going around camping those who didn’t plan to get PvP gear. Classic was much harder for anyone without proper gear to play as compare to retail. And the population is too small to do much pve, most left within 3 months. Some came back when 2.0 was out but it was even worst due to those “pro”. therefore, ncsoft had to keep the game this way for now at least, else they will lose these pro players as well. Then the game probably would be empty…

They have to give everyone 100 sap medal or a small 55e armor pcs as compensation due to their incapability…. Too much medal was lost due to fort reset.

Did anyone notice that the items changed using Harvest Revel coins after been fixed by ncsoft could not be stack with those items changed before ncsoft broke the shugo (and previous coin event)? the items has the exact same name (with the event wording) but they just can’t be stack… ncsoft is good at creating new bug /issue with a decade one game isn’t it?

So, ncsoft team had decide to keep quite and reply any feedback via support using fix templates (any feedback send it seem to be toking to a robot builder back in the IRC days)… hello, we have AI bot to reply things nowadays so please del that IRC script form your support server…. with the reset, you had cause us to lose enough medal for 1 small pcs of 55e armor at least… at least back in retail, they would have human thinking of how to provide some items to cover their backside. But guess the new team in NCwest doesn’t need to do so… they only need to learn how to copy, paste and send reply…

Xform won’t be an issue if there are enough player. But since lack of population, xform could run around and kill for fun making the game bad for those trying to gear up or doing quest. too bad ncwest can’t do anything unless KR make changes. But there isn’t such issue in KR cause they have enough ppl running around to burn the xform so they don’t need any change to the xform limits.

Elyos has higher population since DP patch (20% more elyos as compare to asmo back then) but most elyos don’t go seige then cause they didn’t want to try to fight at all. Not sure why, this was the same as in retail (maybe the same ppl are playing elyos again?). These elyos only started going seige when they saw there was a chance to win, due to this, the difference in population (avg at any time, the difference is >30%) started to show. so same thing that happened back in retail is happening again. And I doubt ncwest has any solution which could help.

Any love from NCwest? The game for asmo is close to dead (hard even to form dred or tiak), slightly better for elyos but getting there. Most player already have their pre make and for the rest are just playing a waiting game most of the time…

@EMpulse any plans to help increase the population of asmo? Seems like same thing in retail is happening where asmo starts jumping to elyos as it is easier to do instance to capturing forts. Back in retail, some elyos did re-roll asmo to help but failed badly cause the number just won’t help much, guess would be the same for classic? btw, does ncwest count the bots when trying determine if the fractions are balance?

I think it doesn’t concern ncsoft much as 70% of the population are bots and they are paying for aura. Aion is a game where you need lots of player and balance between both side to enjoy it (was good, not great when classic or retail started). so now the game had reach the retail state since 2.0 release where one side has more then the other but to ncsoft, it is balance due to the population of bots. doubt ncwest will do or can do anything up to this stage so those who will play will play, those who have something else (but love Aion) would just login to run around and gank player who are questing. A cycle that would further reduce players.

Please change back arena time as current time as it is impossible for anyone in Asian/Eu timing to do arena.
