There isn't a 3x number difference. Last night at divine the numbers appeared relatively close.
When asmos were dominating the server for months not a word was said and no buffs were given to the Elyos faction.

EU is going to play out the same as NA just higher population. So if you're still around in NA then EU will be more worth it since it'll have more than 50 active players on each side.

The economy is hyper-inflated yes, due to low population and very few people doing the sub 50 content. Resulting in extremely expensive stuff, especially lv 20-50 stigma's. (sigil of silence 20mil, body root 20mil, curse of roots 7mil).
However, all the bots who can't be bothered to do all the main camp quests to blast to lv 50+, they farm mobs at all levels, resulting in drops to be sold on the broker. Right now, maybe once a week one of the previous stigma's is presented on the broker, can you imagine if there were not bots??? I doubt there would be one of these stigma's once every 2 months. As it currently stands, we need these bots to keep the broker active. Otherwise it would be barren as hell and more would quit. Yes even though these bots have profit in mind, we still need then. Otherwise the server would die.
I agree on the cheaters and such though.
My own confidence has been crushed by the lack of communication from NCsoft, as well as not really having a clue whats going on. I will 100% quit when EU comes out, and probably most of the server. The server is doomed, lets be real, why not cash out on selling Estones and go out with filled pockets.
NCsoft really have themselves to thank, maybe most blame goes to korea, but whatever. GGGameforge is a clown company, but at least they communicate and show signs of life.
I had extremely high hopes for NCsoft, but after 2 months, that's all but gone.
It's real promising to see how well NC handles Aion Classic with the launch of Throne and Liberty coming out sometime in the future. From how poorly handled classic was I wouldn't touch T&L with a ten foot pole.

I have this issue after my PC updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11. CONSTANT hard freezes in game.. sometimes so bad I have to reboot because Aion itself won't go away and close even using Task Manager.
I've tried... reinstalling Aion, running registry cleans, scanning Aion game files, reinstalling GFX drivers using clean install, disabling 3rd party anything else going on in Windows, adjusting Windows and in game graphics settings - including full screen vs windowed mode, repairing all C++ redistros, etc. etc.
The only thing I can see left is re-imaging to Windows 11 but f-that tbh.
You're going to have to downgrade to Windows 10, it's literally the only option.

My weaponsmithing has been stuck at 399 alongside alchemy at 399 for over 6 months now with them not providing a fix although I never took the expert quest in alchemy. You may as well start over because they 100% are not fixing that issue no matter how much you provide in proof, screenshots, etc. All they will tell you is they will pass it on to QA and absolutely nothing gets done.

They've already said they don't support windows 11 and who knows if even using compatibility mode will resolve anything. I did a revert from win 11 back to 10 and that solved my issue.

That's your opinion from a development standpoint and you have no idea what their sprints or cycles look like. Also programmatically do you know what it would take for Aion to send a system notification that alerts you to your instance popping? You have Windows 7, 8 and 10, linux, etc to account for also there's different events that happen in game when things happen. It's not just for one OS, not just for one version either. So don't think that your simple request is just so simple because they do stack up.
While yes I agree it's not a major overhaul to the game, from an engineering perspective looking at the system notification is what the bigger pushback on that idea is. I'm sure the 2 minute timer is just a variable that needs to be changed. Then again from a player perspective I already go in on insta pops so I don't want to sit around one more minute because another player is too lazy to pay attention or teams that are deciding to dodge or not.
So from a player perspective and engineering perspective both I still don't like this idea, but that's just my opinion.

Dredge once a day with AP boost to comp for all three would be nice but it would provide a disadvantage to the QE's and undergeared vs heavily geared comp'd teams right.
Also I know it's NA time zone but once per day is going to severely disadvantage those unable to do it in the specified timezone. Sucks, but with the EU classic release coming it's just going to go downhill from here population wise.

I felt bad for another Ranger the other day in arena. I'm nowere max geared (+10 tac bow with 30ne combine + silence gs from quest, 4/5 40e +10 full stones and lvl 30 pvp accs) but man I killed him so easily... =/ It wasn't even fun, I only did it because I need the insignias and AP.
And I do believe godstones carry people too... not everyone, ofc, but definitely carry some.
Yeah I mean I'm a caster class so getting silence proc'd non stop sucks but I can still run around and kite.
So there was an entire thread discussion on this already and yeah I agree the supply is bad, but what was ultimately brought to that entire thread was people agreeing that yeah he should at least be able to easily obtain his officer quest by group pvp or siege alone. His point that the godstones are for the rich only is not true because you can trade in radiant tokens and fortuneers tokens for them which he should have already been able to do.
What I meant by godstone carry was it's not going to carry him. I agree a dual wield para proc is a little nutty right.
Even on my alt that's not geared at all or my friends alt that has DC gear we are getting the kills and quests in. His previous excuse was "Officers are too geared to kill." So yeah I have reached out and attempted to help him to his dreams of a godstone carry but he never replied so at this point it's just whining.
Aion is pvp based and the gear difference can make it really difficult granted but lucky for him the new event has godstones in it so he can get one there.

I had even DMd that guy about going with my alt to do dredge and the officer quest for his godstone that he cannot even complete himself. At this point he's just whining to literally get stuff handed to him.

that godstone ain't going to carry you quit crying about it. You can get Radiant and Fortuneers tokens to gamble for godstones. If you don't have one by now it's your own fault.

Everybody notices the hacking it's just the simple fact that NC West will not do anything without having video proof according to their support team and they do not accept 3rd party software such as DPS meter as proof. You can submit screenshots of people targeting you in hide II and red flags all over dps meter but they don't care. You could full AP trade 55e right now and I can send you proof from their support team saying they will not do anything about it unless you sit there and record the session of trading.
