How in the name of god do you get "Crucible Insignia" for the Tac NCO's gear?

This is absolute garbage. completely punishing current player base. make it available to everyone.

The que times are getting terrible. Put an actual hard cap for time waited. 30-45 minutes and then you get in even if its a 20 min against no one group. reward people for trying to play the game.
