Dear friends, Although today is meant to be a celebration of Aion—especially with summer events and the first-year birthday of Aion: Classic—it is with a heavy heart that I tell you today is also my last day at NCSOFT. In this brief whirlwind of a year, I feel fortunate to have landed on the Aion team and become part of this vibrant world. I quickly learned how amazingly passionate and nostalgic this community and game is. My time on Aion was brief, but it truly was the best part of my time at NCSOFT thanks to YOU. I hope you all know how much I appreciate every single one of you and your contributions to not only this game, but to me personally. Please continue to be good to one another and express yourselves and your feedback while keeping civil and kind. There is still much work to do, but I know the team is going to do their absolute best to achieve what is possible. Until my full-time replacement arrives, you will temporarily be accompanied by some members of the Community Team who will continue my work until it’s time to introduce you to your new Aion Community Manager! (*PS: Don't worry, all your feedback up to the end of today will be documented and given to the team by me, and then they will continue my work. I'll push to the very end with your voices!)   3. Hello everyone. Thank you very much for your feedback as always, and I completely understand and feel your frustrations. Although there are still many things we're working on in the background in hopes of a possible solution, I will still add these to my compiled reports on the situation at hand to make sure they continue to hear these problems.   4. oooopsies! Sorry about that. Thanks for the call out! Definitely a typo between checking everything else off today—I went ahead and fixed that really fast! Though just to clarify, not ALL gold ingots will be removed. There was an error in which a few phantom/grayed out ones were appearing in players inventories. Those ones have been removed, while the properly functioning ones will still be there.

  9. Correct, according to my team, they ARE Prime Runestones! Also, the Lugbug missions can be done in a group, but NOT alliances. Hope that helps, Aria!
  10. Unfortunately, the Ice Cubes are not tradable and cannot be stored in the account warehouse. I also do not believe we can get a change on this prior to its release tomorrow. As always, I have put your feedback (and others, of course) in to my document and will let them know ASAP. As always—no promises—but it has been noted! That being said though, SOME reward items can be stored in the account warehouse. Not all, and it's a lengthy webbed list as some selection boxes have selection boxes inside them... I've also documented feedback and will see how we can add this information for what is or isn't account warehouse storable or tradeable in the future! I apologize I don't have better information at this time, but I hope this helps a little.

Downtime will begin at 6am Server Time (4am PT / 7am ET / 12pm UTC), and will conclude after approximately 2 hours. The following changes will be coming to the game during this maintenance: Welcome the Tiger Begins Black Tiger Event Enhanced Udas Temple Event Fixed the issue with Crucible Insignias not dropping appropriately. The Insignias affected will be automatically exchanged to their appropriate counterparts after the maintenance. Due to the extended delay of this issue, there will be an additional bonus included with said transferred Insignias, as well. Fixed the issue with Siege Timers, which are now properly adjusted.   13. Hey Sovalle! Sorry that my message was confusing. It was meant more that we were condensing threads so that I could keep track of everyone and respond to them as soon as I have more information. That information, being, on when a fix is in or done and NOT additional information from other players. Hope that helps! We're still aiming for the fix to be applied during this weeks maintenance on June 15, but if there's additional issues I shall let everyone know in said maintenance posts when I publish them on Tuesday, June 14.

I know this is a heated discussion and one we are not taking lightly by any means, but we still ask everyone to please keep on topic and refrain from attacking each other or staff members, vague or not. Criticism and personal opinions of the game, events, changes, etc. are acceptable as long as they stay civil and to the point about the game. Thank you kindly for your understanding.
  15. By all means, I just want to solidify again that I completely understand and will continue to encourage voicing your upset and frustrations—I truly mean this. The best I can do—and my intention of quoting what is in-works with drop rates—is keep each of you informed as soon as I can to the best of my abilities, and keep forcefully reporting your voices to the team and further upwards in hopes of reaching NCSoft. I know it's not always great news to be reporting—nor do these changes come as fast as everyone would want—but I do want folks to know that we are fighting very hard to get change to happen, and will do our best to inform you all as soon as we have an update on every front with what we can or cannot do. Again, thank you again very much for your patience as we work diligently to address these situations, and for your kindness in addressing you upsets.
