  1. First of all the expression you used is for situations in which panic takes over the human being and there is a high probability of irreversible physical damage to all involved so it doesn't apply to every situation and if you stretch too much it can be considered a metaphor. To be clear I am not against regulations, but a sense of proportions must be taken into account. If someone says things that offend someone else, they should first be warned and explained why they cannot take the attitude that they did, in short, attempts must be made to raise awareness. Moving towards extreme regulations will bring about more extreme responses. Your solution may even be easy, but I maintain my opinion that there is a great possibility of going wrong.
  2. Please correct me if I'm misunderstood. Is the proposed solution simply to regulate people's conversation and exclude if necessary, punish those who do not use the LFG in the correct way? Everything must be done as described in the text, delete, exclude, forbid. All this because the players are unable, according to the text, to be socially responsible? Change the forum to be regulated with authorized posts, eliminate ranking and reactions, in short allow only what should be allowed. I would like to know who would be the moderators who would decide what is right or wrong, what can be said or not, posted or not? The only easy thing I could see in this post is a way to implement a specific thinking doctrine for whoever is responsible for moderating all this in the way the text describes and this can go south real quick.
  3. The scenario you described is interesting. Ballast between the cash shop and the kinah done in an “official” way could make the informal market price (RTM) increase or decrease. Following the line of reasoning proposed, the RTM would sell more expensively because of the ballast, I can understand this. However, they can choose to sell cheaper, this way it would be more attractive for the player to perform an RTM instead of buying items at the cash shop. What I mean is if some people buy the new stone packs and put them up for sale for 100kk. The RTM seller see this and start offering 100kk for $25. It is more advantageous to make an RTM than to buy the package, that way who controls the ballast is the RTM and as they use BOTS it is impossible to compete being a legitimate player. In a scenario where there were no BOTS, the amount of kinah on the market would decrease over time, because of the fail rates in manastones and enchantment stones for example and also over time the prices would stabilize with the kinah generated legitimately.
  4. Thanks for the reply, Ontwo. Forming an alliance and trying to make a difference really seems like the right thing to do, I'm going to start doing that. Although I believe that no one will join the alliance because people are only concerned with the amount of AP and medals they will earn and this situation gets worse the higher the player's ranking. The players on the top of the ranking with transformation who should lead the war but I will listen to your advice and begin to form an alliance for siege.
  5. I'd like to ask all a few questions about the siege. I play as a Asmodians, and I often go to siege, I go alone or with my friends when they want or are online. But I would like to know why an alliance is not made for the siege? From what I can understand this content is made to be played by the game community as a group, but what I see are people running to break gates and focused only on eliminating the boss. Why don't Asmos eliminate mobs all the way to Boss? If a player dies in the middle of the way, it is very difficult to get back inside the fort and participate in the siege. With my friends, we already tried to eliminate the mobs in the middle of the way, but in three or six people it is really difficult to clear the way to the BOSS. The strangest thing is that I witnessed several times the players ignore the Illusion Gate and the mobs that were healing BOSS. Some ignore even the turret that generates shield on the Boss. It's really disheartening to participate in sieges. At first, I went to them in order to help the community to capture the forts, now I realize that people go to get AP and medals. The best equipped players who can transform usually go it alone to get more medals and more AP since they are already the players who have the best equipment and the most AP I don’t understand why they to that. I don't see it on the Asmos side, an attempt by the most equipped players who can transform, a leadership and sense of community and common purpose. It really is disheartening to go to siege and not be able to work as a team. These are some of my thoughts on the subject, I hope you guys read and share your opinions.
  6. I agree with you. Regarding the economy, let me develop my thinking better. There is a scarcity of stigmas and a great demand for these stigmas. As a consequence, the price goes up, as you said, this is known. But there is one detail to consider. We also have the kinah product. BOTS 'produce' a lot of kinah and this causes the value of Kinah to drop, so it takes more and more kinah to buy something in the game. What ends up happening is that BOTS win twice, the first is by offering cheap kinah for RTM and then selling the scarce items for a high price doing RTM again. It's a vicious cycle. NCSOSFT does nothing to solve the problems of BOTS and in the case of Stigmas they even have the option of putting them to sell in the store if greed speaks louder, or simply putting an NPC that sells these stigmas, they don't even do that.
  7. And let's remember that even if you spend money and manage to equip yourself, there are people who use hacks and there is RMT. The number of BOTS is huge, the economy is inflated, new players cannot buy anything on the broker and much of what is sold is sold by BOTS. I agree with Locke, I don't see a human being in this company doing anything about the problems the game has. Hacks destroy PvP, BOTs destroy the economy, and new players leave so faster than they arrive.
  8. I'm still waiting for a maintenance notice where a properly working anti-cheat software will be implemented. I'm tired of being placed against groups with no animation and increased speed and also walking around the map and seeing bots everywhere.
