Seriously? Have you seen the health of the server? Give @EMPulse an indefinite vacation because you’re going to need a miracle to be able to pay him living wages. Everyone has left the game and your solution is to give us new candies? WTH is wrong with you guys? Are you all collectively deaf and blind? You have to be both, if you weren’t there would be logical solutions. Wake up. Just wake the heck up or shut it down. What an embarrassing mmo. Shame on you.

I don't need to go into this fully because there have been SO MANY posts about it already... but when can we get someone to acknowledge our concern? At this point I don't even care if they change things, I just want my Quna refunded. 46 reset scrolls that I cannot use, paid for with Quna. There was no warning when I bought them that I had to use them before a certain date. Give me my Quna back please. @Rin I have tagged you quite a bit regarding this. I see you going about your business and responding to others, but you haven't responded to anyone that has posted about this? How come? Please just answer us. If it's not you we should be tagging, then who?

@Rin Please please please please can you please update us on this issue? submitting a ticket turned out to be useless and they advised us to post to the forum. Here we are posting on the forum and still no response on the issue. please help.

@Rin Hey there, could you please give us an update on this issue? I have contacted support as well and was told it’s not their problem/not their responsibility. I have 46 reset scrolls for upper forts and was also saving them to use now. Any information on this issue would be appreciated. Thank you!
