All that needs fixed is 2-3 kinah on a spriggin because it seems odd he doesn't have it on him, and green starter pants on a mu, to put things in perspective. 1 to 2 kinah each as a normal game play mmo expected mechanic for completion kill/loot... as the expected thing when one plays. Not having seems odd to the player...not to get a small coin drop/mana stone ond or green item...like it always has been as part of the 1-10 experience and there after to degree. The loot coin mechanic, ''even 1 kinah'', makes things seem normal and that's not going to help any cheaters. Aion is a good game. Players that have played Aion/mmo think this odd and get confused. Aion is well worth playing just for the lore alone. Hope that puts things in perspective. That is it. All else is fine. The Aion team is very considerate even about maintenance, good costumer service, with shop.

With the surety of a positive initial play through, and ongoing experiences I write with the expectation that the hotfix or shortly thereafter will be included that will enable the low level drop as acknowledged by route game play mechanic...if not now then soon. I look for it rather expectantly every time I log on, and check the mobs then employ drop rate amulet then speculate further each time, in high spirits. I have a character as originally part of deavonic goal loved in her own right, whose waiting now and I created a loved 6th to save her the experiences with regards and stratagem for she/the other character, so she could have er mana stone drops her adalee night gear, the rings from hanata, and the joy of Divas experience. She the characters mental expectations: she of the minds honored. Little ''feminine'' Diva character is waiting emp time for her hotfix I remember this in a attitude of expectancy, this will be so. Having said that I know about the exploiters, and free players and those falsely taking advantage of the game and the little trail to help Aion and how trying that can be, and I agree, the work arounds for the intended expected experience already in place are most helpful.

A coin op like magic fingers for 25 cents every 5 minutes might make the desired point to free players, this could also be a spell, and the magic vibrations could get them into a shall we say, life affirming mood to sub? Lets not put this off on the magic percepter...however maybe this could drop off a female leperdist after a diplomatic dispute resolution-however one debates there ''revolutionary'' spirit, so this might not come about. Fanatic are they not, the leperdist not the free players? Though they could be a bit more zealous about Aion like the Archons?
  4. Subscription base model is correct for Aion and completionism....there should be a tired sub hybrid silver gold platinum. A bronze pass to avoid troll spammers and gold sellers to try the game, eq did that but that's debatable and depends on the circumstances. Free to everyone tanks a game because of player/community issues its also more to the direct point a screening mechanism that ensures a single purchase and assumes one will sub ''at any time'' A tired model offers bonuses vrs non detriment ie beyond base functionality but within the scope of the game without exceeding such as 10-20% off shop, new an innovative non game changing features such as convenience and non trival but considering my first in this paragraph: fun. Ie candy but keeping with grinding stats token systems and so on, everyone loves these. A base sub model solves these problems to an extent Aions roots. That is needed but not vrs detriment paradox. Prestige ie gold platinum sub and fostering individual non co dependent on another, elitism based on the players worth, and on efforts, not random chance results in an amazing game experience with quality players. If each player is content with there own Aion story this will also result in the desired experience of a multi-player effort otherwise...if you think about it this is not possible. Like te real world this is based on intelligence and will. Lacking this, others may whine but cannot truly complain because a mmorpg/adventure game is not responsible for the players base eq/iq but nonetheless must reword intelligent game play. Such is also life. Look what happened outside classic and now why classic Ie Aion restored was needed, the over simplification, removing what was played for and so on. If the only complaint in eliminating quests lore fun and content is xp then, one probably dose not need to be playing a story driven mmorpg thats is basically a consciousness esoteric metaphor. I mean by this if thats all...though experience is important so is the experience. Eliminating subs is systematic of the same problem and mindset. There is also something to be said for stats ect thats in keeping, as long as its a bit complete yet complete in being customizable requires one to think and do, fixed in progression, with fun adventure. The point is the type of player and game experience. One subscribes to ones game. Pandering will result in profit lose, fly by night players unless the other continue in pain because they love there characters ''the game thats changed so a classic is needed but not to call it classic (devolving intelligent gameplay is not the wave of the future)...these players hold out after the game is changed for a while, like a fading dream where not enough factors /belief is present or shared to maintain. Sadly this is where any limited support is coming from in this way as a steady thing. Others to contribute that much or not for long. All this relevant to topic of subs here. Those that whose limit and would come to the destroyed versions (where a mmo needs a classic removing subs, so on, are really just a temp profit source that could be funneled back into the base game (classic) but I stress in this way that is the mistake and...there are none...this already having been made...that's sad, not sardonic here, well not really...but truly sad for the adventure of the game. Everyone whose tried this fad has had to make a classic, who tried to appeal to this fad and suffered massive profit lose. That is not even real merely on tv, and cannot support a business model. You need real players, intelligent loyal players, real dollars and cents. Sub gives me hope. If your talking about non sub models such as certain anime type games, they spell it out: A 100 initial purchase is req for this romantic fantasy about 2500 + f or gear mount/clothing pet, maybe 3k for this intimate fantasy all over 6 months, this also works but is very much its own thing. This comes pre-screened and pretty much assures the experience. Another way to do this is sub/prestige model and req intelligent gameplay with no pandering appealing to completionism within the game but also with the game shop without limiting it to fluff and yet still rewarding effort. Then the game is total success. Sub option, recommended: 15 standard, 30 gold, 69.95 ie 70 platinum prestige sub is right. You need to play to get this through gameplay mechanics but it makes it possible to exceed in a specific sense...auto complete also dose not work, no game play if this...this is merely pragmatic for fun.
  5. I was surprised when I came back but have since discovered some shall me say challenge creative work around. When I played Aion before all the classic content was present, I came back and still there syncristicly speaking having learned this awful thing had happened with regular Aion but the simple truth that, for my content I only needed download classic to play real Aion. There was a option for me to make it possible to return. Then I discovered while this was so, no world drops or rather they exist but you need to kill hundreds. I only made this thread for love of the original game, the classic content was there when I started around 4-5, but some things are different, this is better than even this, save for the Kinah world drops because/same. Players like a mmo where they begin its there game ie what was made, not a re-write of it. The difference is my concern posts are for the love and perfection of Aion, not negative or unproductive ''this'' in any since. I mean to preserve it, these games, like certain Anime are treasures. Players should be supportive and working to help. Do you know how rare the lore alone for a MM0 like Aion is? It supports culture in a right thinking since. I intend to see nothing happens to it ever, and the like. Anyway with max effort in the interim, personnel stratagems, setting yourself little challenges, and getting creative there are work arounds for players. ''For the sake of enjoyment'' Posting these will help...its important not to give up. Try active role play in addition. Do this in a mental reflective sense while playing as well as talking to the npcs, checking back with Munin for example with a attitude of elitism and expectation, a sense of Defiance and rage at certain early quest references (assumptions) yet oneness with the legacy of your character in pandemonium...(feel good about the lore)... considering conscious metaphor which is the real story of Aion...its visionary adapted metaphor which conceals a teaching for the player (different ones) like certain anime...but must allow for gameplay and the little story in a specific sense. Also get serious about crafting. Get excited have fun, they will get it fixed.
  6. Aion will always have a cult following, I suspect strongly and perhaps unannounced the game mechanic of world drops /coin loot will be fixed. The manastone quest guy in Altguard...now...I noticed is hanging his head a little when I walked past, and thinks the world has gone mad...hes getting through three bottles a day now, or so they say...that's self evident...but the warehouse girl tells me ''on good authority'' things will straighten out. Actually instead of posting here though...there could be repercussions to this: I think players should take it up with the Empyrean Lords, instead of the devs...or perhaps paradigm shift?

I consider the point must not be to draw attention for the sake of the game,/returning, new worthy players/as not to cause alarm, but then, to fix the mechanic of dropping items, and Kinah from monsters as ''Aion'' has always been...which is a valid game play mechanic. I expect to log on, with this unmentioned, and it to conform to the ''earlier post, joyfully proclaiming: everything is fixed''. If not now soon. I think the eastern publishers Devs know about this. I wonder if its possible to play eastern classic via transfer but this seems silly on one hand for a short lived issue...on the other hand...I was considering this as a experience in any event...or to do so separately a bit. I am supportive and optimistic.
  10. There is no mmorpg like it. Its the Story the Ascendance metaphor, eastern, indicative wording of the visionary fiction. The themes are pleasing, 15 years is not that old. I am still playing Chrono Cross, trigger 1995/ Watching Anime like Akira, the original ghost in the shell anime film, Ninja scroll. I know what these these things mean. I still find....I fight for games/things like this. These are treasures, I reflect. Why oppose the game for a short lived Kinah issue? Classic is Aion. Your fortunate to be playing. First the correction, now you have Aion back in the form of classic. Aion hits some Triggers, I think it good for new players of the right sort one way or the other. No dialog should be changed or altered even as things truly themselves. I would not recommend players away to likely, that awful fad of even, low eq/iq mind numbing idiocy, ''certain other games'' though you might not have a temp coin issues there, given the nature of it...this hardly matters. On a semi related note, would you recommend away from the collected works of HP Lovecraft, because of a slight paper issue (aged) in your original copy, to reality TV star Bio's?

  13. I am supporter of eastern games and anime as this is to be found profoundly spiritual, Aion is like that. Classic is like that, moreover it supports the constant and goes against, the current dying trend or fad, that insults the how shall we put this, ''relevant'' game players cosmetology....intelligence. Its also,good to see the correct concerns about proper game play mechanics being referenced...but not in any negative or fatalistic, fashion about the game Aion is a game about right turns-very much to do with vitality and life instinct, its to play, if one is to play a mmo, for the mind. Intelligent people cannot be passively entertained but gain something from everything in experience. As classic was made this is self evident, consider the integrity involved from the Eastern publisher. Aion, is intelligent, there must have been some upset due to fad, with player response unable to play the game, this is unwelcome. The response this, protecting the content, ie locking it off...in a contextual sense....ie: there you are....for love of the game. This could be rightly...also..satire. Classic is Aion. In summation the player base is, should stay positive, and thereby, working to encourage appreciation of Aion and positive thought is important. I know the publishers will resolve any issues. Things are not always what the appear to be to some.

  15. I happily pay for Aion ''classic'' because of its necessary complexity, Aesthetics, enlightenment ''Ascendance metaphor'' and certain themes, I am also an anime fan. In its classic state anime defies the current trend and the world is a better place with it. Classic is Aion the way I first played ''Aion'' its the game. As for what happened to the other instance of it ''ie non classic'' I interpret this as sardonic, but not at any decent players expedience ..ie if you want it, then...but then classic : as a refusing to compromise integrity ''classic is Aion''. Naturally most would go to the real game and that is classic, ''Aion''. The Kinah drops and are a game play mechanic this is needed, that's all I'll say. I trust this will be attended to yet probably by the by, as not to upset returning and otherwise the player base, the drop and subscription advantages.
  16. Is iron coin merchant bugged? is not at location do you need to do a quest to unlock?
  17. Am unable to get green drops for my characters one item droped from named, after hours of play , no kinah from mobs. Cant gear my characters in green, get stones from mobs, experienced with aion as positive ''very'' in past ''true aion why I made my classic account. I Worry even iron coin merchant is not present. Checking but worried unable then to gear my characters for classic if no coin merchants. I hope to get past this using coin system for now. If nothing but my dev pass I will have to check. Do daevation lvl 30 quests still work using correct remembered stratagem or trying to for character. Must wait till training camp if gear options elemenated, need to know about suggested path. so and hope for coins. Otherwise will need to craft my own gear early on. Dose the single player low level still work for mobs and gear at low levels the odella/mana stones enchant stones? Thats my hope. Bosses still drop loot right? Not joking am worried for play to not be disappointed. I purchased quna in addition my sub and hold out great hope. Purchased some items. Is there approved items I can purchase and sell on broker, I saw some listed!...for kinah from quna shope to get Kinah as no green items drop to gear in or sell...then I could buy from players old greens/blues still posted... before issue when they still dropped and replace non dropped items/Kinah or is it in classic possible with Quna shop items,...so I can have Kinah and gear in the normal way for characters, besides quest gear... until drop issue fixed or iron coin/bronze, progressive? I also might have nice pass item missing have to double check using upgrade pass strategy.
