This is what happens when you automate updates to the backend with next to no human interaction or monitoring.. How many times will the same integrated servers be misconfigured? Do you even have an IT department? Are you purposely trying to destroy what little remains of the player base? 2 bleeping days of this so far and the integrated servers being inaccessible just happened not that long ago. This crap is getting old quick. With all the money being spent by players in the BCM, you should easily be able to afford more staff. This is absolutely insane and is a huge middle finger to most of the player base..would love to see how you make this up to the player base. We deserve better.

Home office in KR aware of the problem over here. What sway do they hold over the staff here? We shall see. Probably none.

Silentera event is on Classic servers. I wouldn't hold your breath regarding compensation. Today was a disaster. The fact NC sat there and did nothing is very telling. Even aion ops is pretty much abandoned now it seems other than standard notifications for regular maintenance.

NCFail at it again.You might as well pull down the servers for maintenance at 12pm pacific 3pm est now that you've managed to cripple the game for most of us. Well done.

its more or less an easy way to level depending on your level upon entering the instance. Theres pretty much nothing worth selling outside of Asparanta to be able to make kinah.. years ago gathering aether was an easy way. NCSoft has made it so that the only real way outside of Asparanta to make money is to buy stuff from black cloud market with real money and list on broker. It's a p2w game now sadly. You have people recently spend hundred of dollars to get paragon equipment on black cloud market with a recent promotion. If that isnt p2w, i dont know what is. I draw the line with that. Lvel quickly to 80,, do the kerub gear quests..start working on asparanta quests to work on acquiring fighting spirit gear. You'll find yourself making friends and helping with people who need the same mobs for the same quests as you..that will be your in to get into one of the better legions to be able to get the best gear or get anything done in endgame. Congrats. Yet another p2w event. Not in the least bit helpful to the average player and sure as heck not helpful to a newer player. You will not retain the recent influx of new players with p2w events like this. Are you trying to kill off this game??

It may be NC America or whatever they are calling it, but make no mistake, korea is fully in control. Korea has NEVER understood the US market nor its players. It may be time to start playing aion on overseas servers. Thank God for the spanish speaking players, otherwise this game would have been shut down some time ago. US players abandoned this game like the plague years ago. Sad that for some of us, here we are again, with NC having destroyed yet another game. I can pretty much guarantee you that nothing thats been discussed by us here has ever truly been discussed at NC. They want our money. They are making way more money now with the cash store than what they were making at the end of the subscription based model. There is no real incentive for them to listen to us at all. They just dont care. At this point they should just shut it all down or ink a deal for someone else to run it. They totally ruined classic too. Very sad.

lol. It'll take a miracle meaning NCFail doing a complete 180 degree turn. My prior post was definitely more related for the experience for new players. I've been here since the beginning minus a long hiatus before returning several months ago. I personally have no issues with finding a group when i need one, but my gear is ok.. FS +15, ultimate Scarlet luminance accessories, dazz gems, runes, adv stigmas, etc. Im able to join in when there is an event and am welcome.. The experience for the new players stinks. Kerub gear takes a beating.lol. When i head to get the FS gear for my sorc it was hell doing all the aspa stuff on a squishy sorc solo.

Pretty sad that people view Gameforge more favorably than NCFail. Tells you how low NC America has sunk. Im seeing a fair bit of new players, many of which i doubt will stay given no main legion wants you unless you are already geared to the teeth. They cry and whine for participants for their precious Aspa Alliances and such, mastarius, etc,but new players frequently struggle to find anyone to help them on something they need. Not a very welcoming or enjoyable experience for new players at all.Kerub gear is not helping them find people willing to group with them.And the game makes it relatively tough for new players to aquire the necessary gear to be able to join the better legions, especially given the reluctance of veteran players to group with anyone who is not worthily geared. Need to do something fast to not only draw in new players, but also keep them along with everything else that has been mentioned before here. I help where i can with the limited time i have. If i didnt know any better, i'd think NC is purposely sabotaging this game. If it werent for a few really great people and players i'd probably have bolted for better pastures myself. There is still some pretty good fun to be had here fortunately.

Miss you on the original version of the game. Your studio is alive and well. Still visit it upon occasion for the memories. Not sure which version of the game is worse right now. NC seems content to destroy every property they touch.

There is next to no motivation for them to make our gaming experience better. Considering our population, the cash shop is doing remarkably well, maybe too well. Everyone, including myself, needs to boycott the cash shop until things change.

I've seen the legion of which you speak. I suspected something off about it all. When i see all the hacking it makes me want to leave the game again never to return. This game could be amazing for everyone if it were more balanced. The blatant hacking is good for noone on either side. Ive seen it on both sides. I see it more now than i ever did in the early days of Aion. Most don't care to hide it because they know nothing will be done. The amount of staff NC America has can probably be counted on 2 hands so i expect absolutely nothing to be done no matter how many reports, videos, screen shots get sent in. When i see the hacking going on in my faction it makes me embarassed to be an Elyos. I expect to get beat more often than not given the amount of time i have available to play the game. At least when i get beat by you i know it's legit. I can live with that. Upon returning to the game after a long time away ive seen so much hacking i have no idea which legion to actually join. Don't want to be associated with cheats. Right now i prefer to stay legionless and group with a few friends on occasion. It's a shame that people feel the need to hack. Almost makes me regret returning.Were it not for some of the great friends ive made recently i'd probably would have gone hiatus again. There has to be a better way.

Loki was pure class. A real pro. So many greats have already disappeared. I left for a long time and returned. Dont think my wife miya will ever be back. The endless nights of staying up to 1 or 2am when i had to be up at 3am to get ready for work..Wouldnt trade any of the experiences for anything in the world. Lost my names upon returning. Couldnt remember the names.lol. The names i could remember were from the beginning when i rolled with just Temp and Glad. Tenchimuyo, Theopholos, Dank something. Wound up settling on Makotochan. Was never good with remembering my own names. The game used to be a blast. The legion mates made it fun even if i wound up with no sleep. I would hope you stay Tra, but wouldnt blame you in the least if you leave. There is a world away from Aion. Spent alot of time on FF14 for a few years. FF just isnt my thing. Got very tiresome. Glad to be back however. Met some real good people upon returning.I know minimal spanish so i can probably understand them a bit more than they do me. In the end it's the people that will keep me here until they too decide to leave. You will always be near the top in Aion's history in my book. Many a lively night in the vent back in the day.

It's ridiculous. Someone I know needed a prestige pass so I listed 2 30 days and that quick Someone snatched them up and whispered my friend offering to sell it to them for double what I listed it at. I felt bad so I bought a 90 and sold it to him for what he was going to pay me for the 30. Now I'm not listing anything at all. If there is someone I know who needs something I'll take care of it for them on a case by case basis way cheaper than these bloodsuckers are charging. 6 bil initially Someone listed a truestorm greatsword which is way underpowered. 6 to 10 billion for legendary transformations. Economy of the game needs a drastic overhaul. I totally agree with Tra regarding the need for Luna solutions. It's insane that we say this time and time again and it falls upon deaf ears. It would be unfortunate if Trinity and other legends leave. A game without them is a game not worth playing. We've had some great times over the many years. I'll always have those memories at least

NC America won't do a thing. It's been years since they've made any real effort to stamp out hacking. Hacking has gone unchecked for far too long. Both factions are guilty. Many(not all) in top legions in both factions make no effort to hide it. Blatant. I see it all the time. But many of the same hackers have been cozying up to the devs for years. Who else knows about all the exploits and shares them. Also the hackers spend big money in the cash store as well. The game would be shut down long before NC America does anything about hacking. If they started banning for hacking there quite likely wouldnt be enough players left to be able to get anything done. I can easily accept getting beat by the better player. I wont accept losing to someone who is clearly using hacks/exploits. Also, there is no bleeping way a single player should ever be able to solo flipping asparanta forts. I've followed and watched many times as certain solo players flip fort after fort until the whole map is 1 race. The whole gaming experience stinks and is a far cry from what Aion once was. Also, NC might as well as let players roll both factions on the same account. They are already doing it through multiple accounts anyways. Upon returning to the game after a long hiatus i was set up multiple times be people in my own faction to feed their opposing race alts.. and this nonsense i see regularly in Ingisson Illsuion fortress where afkers are routinely being killed by asmo alts of players from the same race. I know its going on in Gelk too. Take a listen to some of the discords. It's eye opening to say the least. Need to beef up the stats of the fortress guards, etc and help to put an end to the nonsense.
