Should have known nothing would change, can't even bother to reply, you have tons of the "whales" of the game waiting for you to do the right thing, happy players = more earnings for your company, we have been asking for months for a solution for luna..... I completely passed on paragon sale because you refuse to give us luna back, I cannot support a company that is so blind about the issues that they can't even listen to fix them. FIX LUNA ISSUE ALREADY like my god every single version of this game has it minus OURS, it's an important factor in the game. This is the true issue when GM's don't play the game they manage they don't understand the walls they are putting up around player's . I'll say it one LAST time You want your population to return, RETURN LUNA TO THE GAME xTrinityStarx

Radio Silence, do you even care? last night should have showed ya'll there's players who love this game just based off the turn out....if you all put in half effort and just fixed the things we asked for....you'd have players playing again instead of just logging for events.....fix luna, give more events and RESPOND to us.....like I don't understand why thats so difficult to understand that's literally all we are asking for! xTrinityStarx

Would be nice to actually see a fix for the REAL issue aion population is dying off....Luna.....Luna.....Luna people are not going to pay 50$ a month + cost of prestige pass to play a game....like you need a solution to the problem if you want people to return.....lack of good events also a major issue....really had hoped we would be seeing fix's or replys to issues by now.....but radio silence as always.....how do u expect ur players to support you and funnel money into your game if we the players are unhappy with the game and its flaws? I stopped playing over a month ago because of luna i refuse to pay even more money for something that was intended to be farmed in game as it is in EVERY other version, Have no issues spending money on things that make sense but i refuse to give you money at such a low value of return. I think i speak for most players when i say luna should be your #1 priority to fix Still waiting xTrinityStarx

@Wissp Its now been a full week of silence....you said you would be monitoring forums and helping resolve issues, i have 4600 coins that delete TODAY and i wasnt able to use them because you never readded the NPC to spend the coins, mind you this was a PAY TO WIN event and you are DENYING us the ability to use the coins before set deletion date, and we have given you plenty of notice that the NPC was gone and needed readded, This is yet another prime example of why people are leaving this great game because management doesn't care about its players..... I suggest you not delete this coins this maint and readd the NPC so players can actually use the coins because like i said i have 4600 and i know tons of other people who have unused coins as well Do Better xTrinityStarx

@Wisspalready failing us, we reported that event item NPc was gone when we was supposed to have til 6th of june to use them....still nothing on reenabling the NPC?

@Wisspwe are waiting for you to put the event NPC back in game so we can use our coins, these are not supposed to be deleted til June 6th....we need to be able to use these coins....thought you was going to be watching forums now?

I appreciate your kind words, I hope that they do fix this, and hope to someday return....I surely miss Loki he spent hours talking to us, addressing our issues, helping get us solutions....him being let go was very upsetting to the community because for years he was the only one who actually cared about us and jumped to fixing things. @Wissp i REALLY hope that you become that person for us, you have big shoes to fill now start the Luna Fix ASAP or this game will stay a ghost land

@Wissp Bulb turn in NPC is gone, we need to be able to use our coins please put it back til june 6th when the items are actually deleted because we need to use them up

@Wissp Welcome to the world of chaos, I would like to point out the fact of luna and the DIRECT impact its having to the game, we have for months now begged for luna solutions, every other version of aion has it except for NA, Alot of players like myself have stopped playing and supporting the game because of the lack of resolutions to real problems, so i really am waiting to see how long it takes to fix this before my "break" becomes permanent I hope you figure out how to support the player base Thanks xTrinityStarx

I mean nice event, but the real issue is 0 ways to make luna and with the new pass costing 2250 luna people really are not gonna pay for that....you already ask for the prestige pass which is 15$ luna is 50$+ a month ....your asking 75$ a month BASE to play and support your game.....you need to readd the way to make luna in this or you will soon have no players left....every version but ours has luna pouch enabled in the contaminated underpass instance, you REALLY need to do something to fix this NOW before its a ghost land.... you have to use luna for , selective retuning, resetting instances, luna res, luna buff, Daeva pass, you new EVENT pass, opening wardrobe.......so many uses for this and literally 0 ways to farm luna in game..... FIX IT NOW or lose your players. Not to mention people who paid for the daeva pass last month wasnt even able to use the season 7 jewel box because you all NEVER fixed that..... please listen to your players this is the worst its ever been. I hope that you read this and implement a fix NOW this is an EMERGENCY issue xTrinityStarx

This isn't a promotion, it's a sale.....cant even give your players the promotion event? it's WELL over due .....are you REALLY that disconnected from your player base? This game is completely unplayable for any new player coming into the game without a way to actually get ultimate transformations, not to mention the lack of there collections, still takes over 2 years to get all ultimate's even with promotion luck, So put it in there .... combine 12 legendary's for the 4 Ulti transform box atleast.....give people a reason to log in.....this SALE didnt go well last time and it's not going to do well this time either....way to much RNG vs the COST Please Add the Transformation Promotion to this event.....SEE all prior transformation events prior xTrinityStarx

How about we talk about the number 1 issue with this patch, KR and EU both still give luna bags in Contimated Underpass, This patch took away the Luna reward from Arena Of Discipline, leaving the player in NA literally 0 ways to make luna, and Luna being one of the TOP needed things for advancing in game is horrible not having a way to get it.... READD LUNA kill daily or back to the underpass....if not you will see a ghost town soon because your literally giving players 0 ways to play without spending. Hope you fix it ASAP and ASAP means NOW this cannot wait 3months for a fix xTrinityStarx

Thats so funny that you say this, however wasn't along ago asmo was sitting in our main base for hours and hours not even letting people res....its okay when asmo grief elyos but not when elyos grief asmo? This has always been a push and pull situation since the beginning of aion....as ur "top" asmo say take a break....yep thats gonna fix it take a break and dont fight....lol give us the advantage.....makes sense, alot of elyos faught to get shotbot unbanned and in return he takes a break anyways.... just proves a point asmo only try when they want too, and when they want too they win but they will NEVER win when they cant even agree to play and try

You know it's quite sad you all complain that its imbalanced, however you guys have won multiple Mastarius defenses on multiple occasions. It's clear that you lack leadership but your never going to get ANY better telling people to stop speaking spanish in LFG.....i mean you guys just need to find a way to communicate better and stop attacking each other, because that's never going to solve anything. Top 3 help when they are organized yes, but we have won many fights with only 1 or none, it's possible just need to coordinate targets. Alot of the asmo don't even care about siege because of all that bickering that it's this person's fault or the other person's fault. Want to change work on fixing your own relationships and don't give up after one wipe, baffles me how you can win Mastarius but not a fort.... and before you rant n rave that its Kromede or BCM's fault ..... we used to have the same issues long ago but we worked it out and now everyone works together no matter who's top 3....when we fail we fail no blame or fingers pointed.....maybe you guys should stop raging and MAYBE they would help you but that's my opinion Good luck

To win a fight you must show up to fight, i think since start of this patch asmos have showed up less than 10 times....so asmo faction lacking leadership is your problem not that elyos dominate, Do fine when defending mastarius or even siege....takes effort to fight for agent and most dont care about it to put in the effort, thats your real problem

I would like to say that PVP in aion has gotten worse over the last few years, but one person you can always count on fighting is Shotbot, hes always in the shadows ready to strike, he rally's the asmo players and keeps people playing as he is a leader of Revenge legion on the asmo side, i understand that he shouldn't have said what he said in LFG but come on....it was a joke nothing more, we cannot afford to lose any more players no matter what side it is, elyos or asmo.....please do the right thing assign a warning and let him play and support the game that hes always done. I really think that this is an extreme over use of your powers as support. Perma closing shotbot's account not only effects the asmo experience but also effects the elyos as well so think about this before you really upset the community further #FreeShotbot Thank you xTrinityStarx
