Terms of Service Enforcement

Since we have a new community manager, I thought I would mention one of the biggest issues with Aion Classic and that's terms of service enforcement. Almost all reports of hacking and botting are ignored. In my experience with reporting bots, I've provided 5 minutes videos of each of them where I did turing tests on them. None of them got banned. It also seems that no one monitors the game for botting activity. The game is flooded with bots and they are obvious offenders. It's gotten to the point where I no longer provide support with tickets about botting or hacking because they all get ignored. @CMRin, we need terms of service enforcement, and it seems we have none.
