Was it removed? Thanks If you mean that helmet that looked like an angel I think ti is gone. I also made a toon recently and he didn't get that quest. It was quite OP for that level and it made the leveling easier. Of course I had prestige so I took the +400 pve attack buff from the npc and thus it was still pretty op to kill the mobs.
