Despite it saying 150%, the normal is 100% + 150% = 250%. The team has double checked it to make sure this is the case, but if you see further problems do let us know! To avoid confusion the best way to say the XP "bonuses" is to simply name the addition you guys are putting, in this case the "buff" or "bonus" is 150%, because the 100% is not a bonus itself but rather the default XP of the game.
