Cuan Posted June 1, 2022 Share Posted June 1, 2022 Another player pointed this out and mentioned that you have to be Master in a craft before getting the Heliotrop design. However Balaur mat drop rates are horrid no matter where you farm in open world content. You are lucking if you spend 40-80 minutes grinding in the new zones for maybe 1 Balaur Heart.
