Inggisson and Gelkmaros Siege Failed

Every time I participate in the siege I get no medals.

Do you need a quest?
I received 5k ap for Stallari death but no medal.
Is it like Divine only top 5 legion wins medal.
Are the seiges like the abyss where I won medals by participating?

I took the quest 55 an urgent mission for the siege impossible to complete it.

Yes, there is a quest NPC  near the fort at the artifact they normally put the kisks on.

The medals are a big problem, too expensive on the brokers for the quantity you need for L55 AP gear.
