We definitely need rerolling on these boxes with our available tokens.Farming 6 months and getting duplicate is not fair.Korean server u can reroll it 3 times.PLEASE I DONT WANT TO QUIT THIS GAME

Yeah this thing seems rigged, me and everyone i know got duplicates.  But no one left here to even weigh in on the matter so wasting our time.

I am missing some fragments as usual, so when i get mine I'll come here to let you know if I also got a duplicate.

This chest should have been a selectable, it takes 6 months to farm one.

And the other issue is that they are not obtainable thru combination, so in 6 months if i get Zikel a third time, even if i combine i cant get Nezekan and have to wait 6 more months. This game is one frustration after another las 4-5 years. But i'm sure there will be a "promotion" in some time to get a selectable one for the low low price of probably 1000s of dollars with the obligatory rng involved. But they listen to our feedback guys, fo'real.

It is also exempt from the ultimate promotion we get every 6 months. I wonder what will happen when we get the two new ultimate transforms in the next patch.

And I would like to question the designing team that keeps making transformations impossible to get via combination, like what is their purpose other than to frustrate people.

They did a promotion in Korea and you need to pay to get the chance to reroll 3 times

It's time to take a break from aion this collection system it's just nyerk for 2022, probably that's why the reason KR base player quit and went to classic, this support team refuses to restore contracts with tokens, (wich still RNG you can have really bad luck and get x3 times the same transformation)  after 6. Months of effort and time. Invest in game, ppl with 300 crit damage gonna break the entire game while alot ppl still with 0 ways to get crit defense to face it, They can't understand it but our base player it's really low is not just me some friends are quitting as well and it's a shame coz we support this game trough years with money or social  Media. So until they give us new ways to get more collections i say bye bye  they will realise somehow we are their key to keep this server going, it's a shame I would be so disappointed with an entire private server getting better support team and more ppl than official one in both versions ROLF, until then bye ur troll and crazy player Mrplatino isrphel player.

@Mrplatino-DNTrue that, it is time to say bye to Aion, been a fun run.... But unfortunately NCSoft/NCwest murdered the Aion Retail... I just don't understand the business model they have been  following. I came back to this game after 10 years and was hoping that this game will survive and been supporting it, but it seems that the management does not give a rat's ass about players. I guess time to move to a game where players are appreciated and the support is way better. 

The 500 shards and 6 breaths take forever to complete and yet the result is RNG and NOT qualified for RESTORATION... I mean this is some BS policy... Support wrote back to me saying the result is random by design... Well what is not RNG in this game, minion combination is RNG, combining Legendary Contracts, the result is RNG... I mean what would they lose to restore the damn thing... NCSoft/NCWest -  ya just lost some good players and supporters of this game... Can't wait to see when the doors will shut for good...

You guys are all hurt but this looks pretty fair. It would be unfair if they let them restore. Because it is not the only situation that someone feels is unjust. what happens when during a promotion before completing the 6x combine to qualify for an ultimate selection chest you get a duplicate? it's the same as you ask for restoration to revert the duplicate ultimate and try again x6.

This post addresses the RNG of the game and how awful it is. With your post you didn't bring a counter argument, you only proved how RNG can only be unfair in this specific subject.

The transformation thing takes 6 months and not not a single day less, if you are unlucky it can take more than 6 months because of fragments are sieved through RNG from chests.

One person will get a new ultimate and another person would get a duplicate, and this is awful because 6 months is 6 months and there's no way around it, there is no other way to get these transformations and you only get one chance every 6 months. Everyone is obliged and limited to do one specific thing for that feature and then you get screwed by the RNG... that is the problem.

They could sell an extra item on BCM to make this chest a selectable one and nobody would have a problem.

1-Ultimate Promotion give you a chance to get ultimate selection 4 types chest in where you can pick kaisinel, marchutan, erezkigal or tiamat. You need farm abyssal splinter. During promo for qualify you need combine 6x legendary without get an ultimate. You can get duplite here too? (Ultimate promotion they bring it every 6 MONTHS)

2-Ultimate 2 types contract (There is no chest) give you chance to get Nezekan o Zikel also here you can get duplicate and have to farm during 6 months same as promotion

 Of the two ways to get ultimate transformation you need to farm for 6 months. The selection chest is not guaranteed. you must not get ultimate transform during the promotion to qualify and it can be duplicated.

And there is no chest you can re roll. You get an ultimate 2 types contract by combining ultimate memory shard + ultimate breath of transformation.

Again if they give everyone the chance to re roll this 2 type contract by using tokens it s very unfair for people who get duplicate ultimate transform during promotions instead of qualify for the selection ultimate chest. Hope you understand what i mean.

I don't see you playing this game much. I think you don't understand the game if you think you can fix an rng system. It is the same as going to the casino and asking for the money back in your hand after having wagered it.

Explaining to me how the ultimate transformation works is kinda cute... I have 5 out of 6 ultimates of which 3x kaisinel and 2x Zikel.

Now if you played the game or entered the forums like the rest of us do, you would have known plenty of times people have given their opinion on awfully designed game aspects and we DID get a change because of those posts. In your case ignorance is bliss. This is the forums where people can write their suggestions or frustration with game mechanics and many times when something is wrong and many people give their opinion about it, the GMs make changes accordingly.

You are not that special though, in constructive criticism of the game aspects and RNG diarrhea... we had people like you defending the company by bringing "whataboutism" arguments and comparing the game to a casino! You literally compared Aion to a casino, you did this not me.

Someone already posted up there a video update on 8.3 where even the developers realized this blatant single time RNG is not good for a 6-month work and in 8.3 they give the ability to re-roll an additional 3 times of the chest, paid or not it doesn't matter, it is still RNG but more chances. THIS is exactly the original poster asked for in the very first post, to spend their 3x tokens to reroll on it hoping to get another outcome... it turns out people who requested this will get what they asked, and your arguments fall in deaf ears.

Lastly this is not a casino, if it was it would have gone broke with this rigged RNG, it is an MMORPG, RNG can be part of it but not the driving factor. This is why Aion is dead, because RNG is the main theme and if people wanted to waste time and money they indeed would have gone to a casino instead of playing Aion.

Yes, I also get duplicated during the promotion instead of qualifying for the ultimate selection chest. And what do I do? I think you should assume this is what it is just like what I did and other players who got duplicates. And this is my solid opinion that if they bring an opportunity to renew that contract through the use of tokens, it is very unfair why they never provided that opportunity before in the ultimate promotions. 

And to clarify i never compared game with casino. 

I compare what you intend to achieve: modify the rng for your benefit at a given moment to obtain, as if it were a 100% chance, something that is not. I say what you intend is like going to a casino to bet money and then regret it and ask for it to be returned to you in your hand.

Oh and also you got to accept that the game is a replica of the korean patches with local features such as abyssal . However, atm there has been no effort to keep the players happy given that even abyssal rewards are outdated and there hasnt been a decent event for 6 or more months now.
