I'm getting a bit tired of players having too submit evidence of cheating,hacking ap and win trading.ITS your job too police the game this isnt fre2play we are actually paying for a service here.

You have the worst support of any MMO ever  you dont police this game in the slightest hacks,win trading is rampant but hey just contact support and nothing happens guess they spend too much money to ban them all i can 26/9 best xpac ever incoming and bye bye this terrible game,how you can actually charge money for such poor service and dont even have ingame GMs anymore.

It certainly feels like all the enemies I encounter have abnormal animation. I'm sure it isn't 100% of the population using hacks and is far less than that, but in my opinion the hacking is out of control even if there is a continuous population of, say, 10 players hacking, something like that. It is my opinion that most of the non-hacking population are avoiding pvp at the moment because of all the exploits which includes hacking.

The win trading is far out of control and is widely unregulated, that needs to change. I believe we have posted enough on the forums about this, the Aion team is most likely aware of the situation, and the Aion team is most likely working on a solution to the problem. Win trading isn't the only exploit they need to address though and they can see that reading the other threads. I will reiterate that I believe harsh punishment should be given to offenders of any exploits. A letter to the community addressing these issues would be appreciated, as I believe most of the posts from here on out will be written purely out of frustration from no answer from the Aion team, however small that window may be.

On the issue of Aion Support, I do feel like their execution of service is very poor. I do not use them often, but out of my "decade-long" use, I've seen a large percentage of tickets poorly read, poorly responded to, and poorly addressed.

Their responses to support tickets are absurd. They know nothing about their own game, kids in high school have a better understanding of networking, and their sales support is non-existent. It's unreal that we have to constantly record videos and submit them through a website just for a chance to stop the most blatant cheating.

It's always been like this. The bot problem is the most glaring problem, because it means there's no policing. Even before Aion, Lineage 2 was completely infested. They have never cared about what goes on. They only enforce the rules if someone really goes out of their way to complain.

Unfortunately this is indeed the way it's been in Aion for a loooong time. Complaining and submitting tickets and reports rarely ever yields any results. It's why a lot of the NA playerbase just doesn't even bother any more, there is no point.  I've heard people say that NC has a list of all the people hacking and all the bots etc. That they're just waiting for a specific time to do a ban wave and though I've seen temp bans happen I've never really seen any perma bans. Why put a bunch of effort into gathering evidence and making a report when in the end they might at most get a 2 week temp ban? u-u 

As for bots, even if we only had a single active GM, they wouldn't have a terribly hard time going around and getting rid of the bots within Gelk/Inggi.... But the likelihood of that happening? Zero....

I have sent VIDEO proof of a player that today is Asmodian General botting on HIS OWN CHARACTER and nothing happened. They didn't even VIEW the video as I kept it for people that had the link only for 6 MONTHS and it had the same 1 view that was ME for the whole time. So if in 6 months they didn't had someone take the time to watch a blatantly player botting on his own account..................... what else do you expect? The guy even messaged me in discord asking me to remove it............... hahahaahah.

It was a good laugh though.

I know several people that's sent several screenshots and videos and they didn't do shit. They don't care. Then they wonder why private servers are popping up.
