I am a glad, does this instance purposely dodging certain player so that he/she won't get what they want or they just need to run 200 more times to get the Great sword or spear? From experience I can say yes, those weapons are way harder to drop specially on bosses that they are extendable. You can also include Lannok (both), Zapiel (spear), Jeshuchi (mace) and Bakarma (spear) on that list. All of those SEEM to have a really low droprate for those weapons unfortunately.
