If you create a ticket, everything happens very quickly. But when you are blocked by IP , you cant log into your account and create a ticket . So you need to write a letter to support@ncsoft.zendesk.com . But the answers come with a delay of three days. For example . I received the answer on November 12 13:51. But the delivery date is November 9 13:51. That is, they answered me on time, but the letter "walked" somewhere for three days. This is a problem with zendesk only.
