I bought 100 golden dice, and there are still 96 left, so I applied for a refund, and the answer came like that.

talking really nonsense and what a stupid and embarrassing answer.

There are so many ways to make money why a legitimate refund application is rejected for ridiculous reasons.

Once in retail, I bought an AP buff, that didn't stack with another subscription buff. It literally did nothing. They refused to refund because due to "tool limitations" they were unable to remove the buff that did nothing. They're such clowns.
