How can I change my forum name and reply to posts?

Subj. I don't see how to choose my forum name among my character names and also I don't see the option to reply to other people's posts.

I would say ask the CM but you know, They are not exactly in the habit of answering LOL.

and next to your name it should say "change name"

The problem is  that I know it but it doesn't work on this particular account  :(  It's not changeable.   Well I need to write an email to Aion Community,  Aion Support wrote to me, I just didn't yet find the time to do it. I'm sorry.

Yes, send in a ticket. A moderator has to move you out of the Inactive Members group so you have the ability to edit it.
