Let's start with something simple:

Super Easy Muffins

100 g dark chocolate
2 pcs eggs
170 ml milk
220 g flour
2 ssp cocoa
100 g sugar
125 g butter - melted, but not hot
2 tsp baking powder

Mix flour, baking powder and sugar. Add milk with butter, then eggs and cocoa at the end.

Fill muffin forms and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C.

Alternatives: 
Instead of cocoa you can add 1-2 tsp of cinnamon.
Raisins and/or nuts can be mixed to the dough.
Before putting the muffins into oven, add tiny bit of caramel on top.
