I downloaded it through steam and once installed, it got me to download the old launcher and then the new one after that. With the new launcher, the update was going fine until about 20%, when the download rate started to drop uniformly. Now it counts down from 1.6mb/s,then it gets under 1mb/s and changes to kb/s and counts that down, then it goes all the way to bytes/s and once it reaches 0, resets to 200kb/s and continues the loop.
