Daevanion skills are obtainable only for levels above 76+, mostly in PvP instances like IDL, Dredgion and from special mobs called "smugglers" which have a 100% chance to drop. If you don't kill them on time, they run away. It's a similar mechanic to the frogs we find. I always felt like they should have done that with Steel Rose when they deleted the second entrance to Steel Rake from Pandaemonium and Sanctum... Binding currency means that legion members will no longer be able to help out their comrades financially. It means it will be more difficult for players to purchase the goods they want because they can't trade between their mains and the alt they are leveling. Putting limits on players who are just trying to enjoy the game is not a good way to handle gold sellers (if that is indeed their goal). This whole idea is crazy stupid and we will all suffer for it. I understand that you know little about how the economy works but binding the currency to players it's a great thing. Not being able to trade items to other players may seem to you like a bad idea but in fact, it's great because then the economy is not driven by the gold seller anymore. Bots inflate price like crazy dumping kinah into the game constantly at a speed that makes it then very hard for others players to keep up, and this result in price going up faster than how much the community can adjust to those changes. Black desert online has this system and the game is thriving and always getting better days after days because they don't have to deal with the gold seller . Teleportation costs. Housing. Mounts. Craft materials if they don't completely eliminate it. They have yet to confirm or deny whether Gear is still tradable... I understand how getting rid of the gold sellers will help the economy, but it doesn't say anything for the hefty prices of in-game services. As Gallium mentioned above, there are other reasons to spend kinah. Low level players and the casual player are not worried about spending heaps of kinah on endgame objectives. They are just trying to play the game and have fun while doing it. Yes, lower prices on the market will help the upper crust, but making it impossible for players to share their wealth on their own accounts will turn off some players. These scrolls can be obtained from the shop and gives various transformations, like into Sheba.
