2s337A19-DN Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 So it seems almost everyone and their grandmother has the Returning User icon in front and after their characters name.One of my accounts doesn't have that on any of my characters.I'm just wondering how does one qualify for this and why this one particular account doesn't have it. GlutenFree-DN Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 Okay. Now I don't know what to think. Just relogged into the alt that previously had returning user status...and now it's gone. Checked both of my main accounts, and 16 out of 16 alts have no returning user status. Aly-DN Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 I logged in my accounts an hour ago or so and every single character on every single account was a Returning User. Regarding the level 10 minion, if you already did the old level 66 quest in Nors/Iluma for a free minion, you won't get the new level 10 one. So if your character didn't automatically get the new level 10 quest when you log them in, check to see if they already have that one free minion.
