Kaldor Siege and Tanks

Hello,

During Kaldor Siege the Tanks we can access can be very helpful.

Our concern is that Alt/s may access a tank and then not use it as needed essentially assisting the opposing faction.

The solution would be:

Deny access to to the tanks if that player is not in the Coalition, and

If a player is removed (kicked) from the Coalition, then that player is automatically removed from a tank.
