Collectors Edition Bonus Items

Hello -

I've been around since launch and had a collectors edition that gave a title, some emotes, and by today's standards some crappy gear.  I also bought retail versions of Balaurea which came with 3 pets I can't get elsewhere. 

I contacted support and got the below:

Hello,

I have checked your inquiry about this matter. We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Aion codes from showing up in Account Management and are actively investigating the issue for a resolution. This affects reusable codes such as rewards from Collector's Edition boxes as well as some unused single-use codes.

I apologize for any disruption that it has caused in the mean time and encourage you to keep an eye on the Aion website for any updates at http://na.aiononline.com

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know.

Hasn't this been going on since 2013?   I highly doubt they can still be looking into this. They can check my other characters and see these bonuses on my account. 
 
@Cyan who can I contact to make this right?

Hello all the codes from AION Magazine, Collectors edition and others where lost in the 2015 "upgrade" system, when they remove the atreain atlas. I've asking to support to reinstate this but no luck at all even when I provide the codes and to what belongs all the unlimited pets/items per account. they only have replied since 2015 they are working on that.

Is there any way they could apply the bonus pets to our accounts through support on a case-by-case basis if they can't systemically correct this?  There can't be that many of us who still play that would care, which is why they likely didn't make fixing this a priority for over 2 years.

that show how ncsoft west care about us, players that started on game launch and play until today. The collector's edition rewards was not even that OP that had to be taken off from us. They could give us a refund, since I bough that sh!##%% expensive version just because of the extra rewards

Well I hope this next year the dev team can find a way to solve this Issue because I'm not the only affected by this, If not I really wish NC soft. NA its thinking a way to compensate the players affected.

And for some weird reason cant find my tickets about the same from 2016 this year haven't submit ticket to ask them yet.................

You can only have them if you have made the change to GF when NCsoft sold EU. Only Gameforge kept the rewards you bought with your collector account since Atreian atlas has been stopped :/

For the Aion Magazine codes if you still have some you can't use them anymore on your accounts on both GF and NC... But on GF if you put a code when you could before you can still apply it to your characters.

Had the same problem, but this worked for me,,,, Click the Aion icon as you would to play the game, login BUT dont press PLAY.... click Account, this will take you to the NCSOFT page from there click apply code, enter you CE code(even if it was done all those years ago)... it should then be added to your Aion A/c from there follow the instructions and have the items added to the chars and servers you want the CE items on

Didn't work for me unfortunately.

So those of us who payed and played at launch, do we get anything at all?

No account-wide bonuses like Tera?

This is still an issue I Came back several times expecting it would be fixed. I get the same canned response that the developers are still working on it with. No ETR. This is ridiculous.
 
They should have some way of resolving this. 4 years and still broke. Least they could do is grant new game codes.   I have the same issue. codes gone for good I had my purchase receipt and original Game code. I can't re-enter it because it was already registered so the code is invalid now.

Yeah same here get "The serial code you entered is invalid" I have owned this game since 2009 played Alpha and beta. I had high hopes for the game. I think now all is lost. At the very least we should get Collector's codes that work. Some sort of compensation. This is stupid. What a crappy support and developers take over 4 years and still no resolution or work around to the issue?  

I opened a ticket two years ago after coming back to the game. I read up on it then and the issue was about 2 years old. now it still exist with no light at the end of the tunnel.
