Wtf is going on with the support team here? I have sent in multiple tickets about my account, and they are just getting ignored or generic replies. More-so ignored. Instantly marked as solved without a reply.

What did you need help with?

Did you reply often to the tickets? (Bumping them actually puts you at the bottom of the queue.)

I have never seen a ticket be ignored. They all get answered, though often with scripted answers that have little to do with the actual question or problem and using outdated materials.

It's happening because NCsoft is overhelmedd with tickets about Evargale (i really believe they do get about 100 tickets everyday just because of crashes in there), also divine siege (300 tickets every sunday?) , less tickets from Frozen Bugnolith, and all other kinds of tickets.... THey have way too much on their hands to reply to people properly
