I discovered that my firewall is blocking XIGNCODE3 to upgrade, I already permeated the firewall to NCSOFT but the problem is that it's as if XIGNCODE3 is separate from NCSOFT and my firewall does not find it to allow. If you can't get XIGNCODE to update, you can always temporarily disable your firewall long enough for it to update. It also might be a problem between your ISP and NCsoft.
