ok so today in evergale that didnt even start mind you was bs as in well I had lead and then all of a sudden i was booted out of it and everyone else from alliance with a 12 min cd to go back in. Apparently the league leader can boot an alliance? This is mega BS and needs to be changed lol

So I was in this Evergale. I was in the league leader's alliance (1). He was trying to pass league lead to your alliance and accidentally expelled your entire alliance instead. He did apologize several times. I'm not saying it's okay or whatever, just trying to explain what happened lol.

Not speaking directly to this incident (perhaps it was a accident) but if a leader is abusing their power, the same guidelines for Coalitions apply. If someone is abusing please report them to support and we will investigate the matter.

Goodness. This is what happens when people get control of an alliance (or a league) and have never had that control before. The controls can be confusing especially if you are nervous.

I honestly don't know what the right answer is for the 12 min cd. If you really are afk and get kicked, you deserve the 12 min cd. If it's an accident (like this) or if the person kicks you for some other reason (i.e. they don't like you or your legion or is just feeling pissy and wants to feel powerful because their life sucks), you don't deserve the 12 min cd. There just isn't anyway for the game code to distinguish between the two.

Which is why there should not be any CD at if either an individual or an alliance gets kicked, there's no system of check and balances to prevent griefing.  If an individual leaves that's a completely different story, a CD makes sense.

The root cause however is the design for the kick function, but that really isn't the fault of the game designers, part of it really comes down to the players and that has to be policed by the community.
